Dr. Geni I wanted to write to you to express my gratitude for all of your amazing work during my recent dental restoration procedures. You made a long and, sometimes, challenging process much more understandable and enjoyable. Your commitment to the excellence of my results was unwavering and that constantly re-assured me that I was getting the best possible care. I could not be happier with the results. And better yet, I know that if I had been even the slightest bit dissatisfied, you would have done everything you could to improve the outcome. Additionally, your assistants and staff are wonderfully efficient and professional. My schedule is anything but easy to accommodate and they handled every cancellation and change with grace and poise. They always tried their best to find appointment times that were more convenient for me. In this day and age of lost customer service in the medical field, your office really outdoes itself. Every visit and appointment, started with a warm, friendly personal greeting. There is no better way to start a trip to the dentist! Thank you again and I am very fortunate to have you as my dentist.

Im a new patient of Dr. Genis and cant say enough about the level of progressional of the entire office. It started with the prompt and efficient communication of the front desk staff. Erin (and staff) were very accommodating when I need to reschedule my appointment and answered any and all of my new patient questions. Christine was my dental hygienist. She was thoughtful and kind, explaining everything she was doing, including talking me through my x-rays, which I appreciate great as a health professional myself. She took her time and never made me feel rushed through to get to the next patient. Dr. Geni is amazing and talked me through everything, going above and beyond. I used to hate going to the dentist and Im glad to have found a practice who negates all my previous bad experiences at the dentist.

This office is consistently friendly and very well run. All the personnel---from the doctors, to the technicians and hygienists, to the receptionists and billing---treat their clients individually and pleasantly. Dr Geni is thorough in her examinations and clear in her explanations. Last spring, Dr Karkut did extra testing to make certain her diagnosis was correct. When it was necessary to refer me to a dental surgeon, Dr Geni sent me to one of the best in Connecticut. I always feel a little better after my appointment, despite the fact Ive been to the dentist.

Dr. Karkut did an amazing job on my Invisilign. My teeth look great and she organized my cleanings around my Invisilign appointments as well which was fantastic. Her bed side manner is excellent and the office waiting room is tranquil and relaxing.
