I began my experience at Middletown chiropractic shadowing Dr. Ennis. While I was shadowing him I realized how effective he was on his patients. Many of the patients had an increased amount of strength, increased amount of mobility, alleviated symptoms, and improved posture. Since I had first hand experience witnessing Dr.Ennis treat his patients, I decided to become one of his patients. Initially I could tell that Dr.Ennis possessed a very genuine spirit and strong motivation to improve my symptoms. He educated me on the three phases of spinal degeneration and informed me of the symptoms of each phase. We reviewed my x-rays, measured the curvature of my spine, and discovered where I had subluxations. I have been receiving treatment for 3 weeks and I have noticed a great amount of improvement. My muscles feel looser and my tightness has decreased. Dr. Ennis focuses on aligning my spine by providing spinal adjustments. He also uses a special technique called graston to break up broken scar tissue in my trapezius and rhomboid muscles. Dr,Ennis is very talented because he is able to target my myofascial trigger points in my sub scapulars and teres minor muscles. Thankfully Dr.Ennis has provided me with a posture pump to increase the curvature of my spine and a foam wedge to improve traction. There are a variety of stretches that he has shown me to strengthen my sore muscles. His office is very clean and well organized. The staff is very friendly and welcoming . All of the staff members greet me when I come in and leave. I am very pleased with the treatment Dr. Ennis has been providing for me. As a chiropractic healthcare professional, Dr. Ennis is dedicated towards fully improving all of his patients musculoskeletal system.

Dr. Ennis and his staff are incredibly friendly and professional! I felt very comfortable with him and trusted him to treat me through my difficult pregnancy. After just a few visits I was completely pain free! Very late into my pregnancy my baby was presenting breach and I immediately came to Dr. Ennis for him to perform the Webster Technique to try and assist my baby to turn into proper position. After just one visit my baby had turned and I give him all the credit for that happening so quickly and helping me to avoid a c-section. Doctor Ennis is great!! He has introduced me to the Graston technique and it has relieved the pain I have been feeling on a consistent basis. It has been only 2 sessions so far and I already feel better and feeling more flexibility, especially noticeable when I check my blind spot while driving. The office is a half hour drive from me but it is totally worth the drive! I feel Ill be back in the gym again very soon! Also to mention the staff, Emily and Heather are pleasant and help make it a great experience overall!

Dr. Ennis offers a very personalized and holistic approach. When I first reached out, he offered a consultation where he asked detailed questions to design a plan of action. He is treating my sacroiliac dysfunction better than any doctor I have been to. Ive been in chronic pain for two years and for the first time I am getting gradual relief. Most important, he is warm, patient, and personable. That matters when you are navigating a complex diagnosis and a confusing medical system.

Though Ive seen chiropractors before, Dr. Ennis was the first to sit down with me and listen to my pain history and concerns. Instead of simply adjusting me to manage any pain-as had been done in the past-our conversation led to an actual diagnosis for what was wrong with my spine and hips. Ive been a fitness enthusiast my whole life. I train in BJJ and work in a warehouse, so I need to be in good shape. So, when I found out I had herniated a disc in my lower back, I was in a panic. Dr. Ennis and his staff are the best. I came in here after being in so much pain for 2 weeks and they fixed me. My back has never felt better. Your always greeted with a smile as soon as you walk through the door. Dr. Ennis took his time and explained every scenario. Dr. Ennis and his team are holistic, using many different treatments including Graston (amazing for masochistic athletes!), electric stem impulses, heat and rollers, acupuncture and basic physical therapy. Very reasonable rates and happy to work with your insurance companies. Effective chiropractor team!
