In terms of chiropractic care, it doesnt get better than Dr. Richardson. Ive been amazed on multiple occasions with how effective his treatment is. For example, when I had been bothered by carpal tunnel from gardening a lot, he was able to pinpoint the problem spot and alleviated the pain almost immediately. I go routinely for pain management for the disc herniations in my neck. My heavy computer use aggravates my injury that tends to send nerve discomfort and muscle spasm down my back. His office has the muscle stim machine, of course, and these incredibly soothing, relaxing hydrotherapy beds that act like a gentle shiatsu massage. Its a treat to go. Cons include limited hours to meet my schedule, which is admittedly unusual, and office staff and therapists have varied from highly professional to a bit less so.

After visiting a back surgeon, I was told my chronic low back pain was caused by a missing disc. The surgeon told me not to come back to him until I couldnt move any more. So I began looking for someone to relieve the pain. A coworker referred me to Dr. Richardson. That was over ten years ago. I havent contacted the surgeon again and my back pain is minimal. I work a very physical job and visit the office once or twice per week so he can keep me straight. His staff is fun, friendly, down to earth, and professional. His massage therapist is amazing. If you have chronic pain from, well, anything, dont think twice about going. You wont be sorry. P.S. My body really misses him when he goes on vacation.

I was a patient for 11 years+ and would still be going there regularly if not for finally requiring lower back disc fusion surgery last year. Great doctor with a genuine interest in helping his patients. I went to another chiropractor while traveling and realized why so many people are skeptical of chiropractors (he didnt do anything). Im thankful Dr. Richardson kept me relatively pain-free for a number of years. I expect to go back again in the future for my neck and will not consider any other provider even though there are several closer to my home. Having a chiropractor as knowledgeable and friendly as Dr. Todd has been a blessing to me and my whole family. The office is pleasant and there is never any unreasonable wait time. I was highly skeptical of Dr. Richardsons ability to improve my chronic pain from a permanent back injury sustained nearly 20 years ago. On the contrary, Dr. Richardson has provided me the opportunity to postpone last-resort back surgery indefinitely.
