For the past two years since the accident I was involved in, I have been experiencing constant pain, pressure and nausea radiating from my neck. It had been a daily struggle to basically function. Not only was the physical pain excruciating, the pain had been taking a toll on me mentally as well. In my previous chiropractic treatment I was told I was only being “maintained “and this to me was disheartening. I feel my previous chiropractor did not take the necessary steps in properly diagnosing my condition. He treated me with the same therapies each visit which did not help. I then started searching for another doctor who would not only maintain my condition, but solve it. This is when I found Dr. Kisla. When I spoke with her initially I felt she was genuinely intrigued with my symptoms and wanted to find a concreate explanation of why I was experiencing this constant pain and nausea. She took immediate action in diagnosing my condition. She then started me on an aggressive therapy plan including muscle work, chiropractic manipulation, and physical therapy to help regain the curvature in my neck. In the short time I have been seeing Dr. Kisla, the intensity of my symptoms have decreased. I still experience pain and nausea in my neck, but not as intense as before. The pressure I was feeling in my neck has significantly decreased as well. I feel I am finally receiving the proper therapy to treat and cure my condition. I am eternally grateful to Dr. Kisla and her staff for everything they have done to help me get to this point, and look forward to finally becoming pain and nausea free.

On July 7th 2017 my son and I visited Tri-County Chiropractic. After filling out the paper work, I specifically asked what the fee would be. I was told $50 for myself and $50 for my son as that is what my insurance copay is. I was NOT told about any other out of pocket expense. I was also told if I did not have insurance it would be $55 a piece. My son and I got adjusted, I payed the fees, and went on with my day. Today I received a bill for $168.30 for myself and another $168.30 for my son. SERIOUSLY!?!? I immediately called the office and spoke to a pleasant woman who handles these matters. She explained how my insurance works and thats why the bill is so high. She also said that if I did not have insurance I would have been charged $110 for me and $110 for my son. Wait, what? This is NOT what was explained to me during my visit. Lets do the math... No insurance = $110 per person. Yes insurance = $168.30 per person. And I payed $50 per person, so the total is $218.30!! Per person! No X-Rays were taken. This is for an adjustment and what is called a "new patient exam." The exam consisted of asking about my symptoms, observing my range of motion, and checking my reflexes. Whats wrong with this picture?! Do the math again and then think about why the cost of healthcare is so high. I would NOT recommend Tri-County Chiropractic based solely on their billing practices. The doctor I saw was very nice, informative, and helped me. Moral of the story? If you decide to visit Tri-County Chiropractic do not use your insurance.

Maybee and Kisla, I am so happy that is no longer the case. The staff at this practice truly put the needs and best interests of their patients first. When I first walked in, I was scared, skeptical, and in pretty consistent pain in my neck and upper back. Now, under their expert care, I am positive, happy, and living without constant pain. Its a great place to keep yourself feeling good. They can make you feel better from just normal everyday body discomfort to correcting more serious problems. I had a couple vertabrae pinch nerves. Dr. Kilsa asked for an MRI, worked with my primary care doctor to get medicine, and treated me to reduce and eventually release the pain. The problem carried so long that I also took the time to see a Neurosurgeon in Philly that I already had known. He spent time w/me asking questions, looking at the MRI and explaining it to me, did a number of physical tests. He was very detailed about everything, physical checks he did on me, questions about pain locations and intensity, and how I was being adjusted. In the end, he said in my case nothing more was needed other than to keep seeing Doctor Kisla because it would speed the recovery and reduce the discomfort while doing so. He said the adjustments were the best thing I could do for it.

I feel awesome! Dr. Kisla and her staff have done for me what other Drs. have not. Almost 5 months with no pain medication. I no longer feel compressed and I can finally walk up steps like a normal person not going up sideways. Both the chiropractic treatments and massages have made a world of difference in how I feel everyday. Not having my thighs feel very numb,tingly and burning what a relief. I no longer feel 90yrs old. Ive also had my 2nd MUA(manipulation under anesthesia) and they have really helped my whole body go back into place and relax. My only regret is that I was not introduced earlier in my journey of pain relief to Dr. Kisla and Tri-Country Chiropractic of Douglassville. What an AWSOME group of people each and everyone. I was never a fan of chiropractors until I was introduced to Dr. Kisla. A friend had recommended Dr. K when I injured my back and it was the best decision I could have made for myself. I schedule monthly alignments with Dr. K and I go for bi-weekly massages. I typically schedule a massage on the same day of my monthly alignment. I feel AMAZING! Dr. K and Dr. Dan are simply "the best" at what they do. The staff ... they are kind & caring from the moment you walk in the door to the time you leave. I am a lifetime patient at this facility. I wouldnt consider going elsewhere. The compassion and concern they have for their patients is priceless. Thank you Dr. K, Dr. Dan and staff ... God Bless you all ...

I started going here during my pregnancy and Ive continued to go here after my son was born to treat both him and myself. Dr. Kisla genuinely cares about her patients and works hard to get the right treatment. The rest of the staff is friendly and helpful, and its a pleasure to come in for an appointment. They make you feel like family. Sometimes you do end up waiting a bit too see Dr. Kisla but thats because shes so popular and doesnt rush through the appointment, spends quality time with you; definitely worth the wait. My son loves coming too, and Dr. Kisla is great with him. Really flexible with making appointments too! Id recommend to anyone and everyone!
