They came into my work and offered a free consultation for those of us interested in getting our spines checked out. I signed up for an exam and they asked about any discomfort I had and took X-rays. The next day I came in to get my X-rays looked at, and the wife of the owner said "we have really bad news for your neck and back." She went into a long discussion as to why I was in phase I degeneration and asking me to agree to things I didnt have any knowledge of. She then tried to get me to sign up for 24 sessions and pay that day. I would not agree to anything that day and went home to think about this. After further researching Chiropractic care, these are common scare tactics that chiropractors use. These scare tactics were not right, even if I do have neck degeneration. This is not how Doctors should treat patients, taking advantage of little knowledge they have about their spines. I have never had a doctor tell me I need 24 treatments and tell me how bad of shape my spine is in. Mind you, I am 28 years old, active, and practice yoga. Dont drink the coolaid people! It is very alluring but do your research and get a second opinion.

Bailey Chiropractic is set apart from all the rest and I have been to many chiropractors in 3 states! Dr. Russ and Dr. Nicole take a holistic approach to care for their patients. They have many approaches, methods, ways and means to achieve optimal health for all of our diverse needs. For example, I suffered migraines and neck pain from 2 concussions. Xrays were taken and a protocol was put in place for me. This is not cookie-cutter, we all have a distinct set of needs surrounding our pain. My relief from pain has allowed me to work and exercise again. Be prepared to learn so much about good health and experience classes held frequently. Take advantage of two incredible massage therapists, Brittany and Deb who work with the docs in the specific kind of massages a patient would need. The office is run with precision with the help of Gianna and Emily. They get to know each of us quickly. Scheduling is a breeze and the docs are always on schedule. The girls are so pleasant, accommodating and happy...always! I highly recommend Bailey Chiropractic for all your chiropractic needs. They treat infants to centenarians!

As a 68 year old grandmother I can confirm that getting old is getting old. And the older I get, the more I seem to be inconvenienced by lower back pain, upper back pain, neck pain, headaches and just pain-in-the-neck pain. When my body is out of balance I feel like I’m 168, and life is just miserable. Within the last year I’ve had two foot surgeries. I wore a boot for months. Once the foot was healed and I was out of the boot, I had unbearable pain throughout my body. I hurt Everywhere. The result of chiropractic treatments by Dr. Russ and Dr. Nicole within just two visits was amazing – at least half of the pain was gone! With a massage by Debra Temple (in the same office at BFCC) and just two more chiropractic treatments, I felt so much better that I was able to stand for longer periods of time, cook meals, and even bend over to pick things up with no adverse effect! It’s great to have such a fabulous, caring and compassionate chiropractic team to help me get back to doing what I want to do, as quickly as possible. And to help me feel like I’m only 65 instead of 168! :-)

Hands down the BEST place to go for chiropractor care. Drs. Bailey and Cooperstein are a dynamic team dedicated to complete health and wellness. Joining their practice as a patient has, and continues to be a phenomenal experience for me and my children. We proudly refer to the entire Bailey Family Chiropractic team as FAMILY! I have been treated sporadically with Chiropractic care for the past 10 years and saw many "good" physicians. Drs. Bailey and Cooperstein far exceed the description of "good." They are kind, thorough, welcoming, caring, and always take time to proactively explain their approach and answer any questions that we have. Nicole & Russ are awesome! I usually see Nicole for my adjustments, but I have been adjusted by them both. I love how they make you feel at home from the second you walk in the door! They are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! I am only 27 years old, but have whiplash in my neck that will never fully go away. My only option to keep the pain away and manageable is to maintain with Chiropractic care and massage therapy. My husband and I both see them, he sees Russ and I see Nicole usually, on a weekly basis to help keep us healthy and pain free! They allowed us to go onto a "Family Plan" to help us keep the cost down, which has been a life saver! I highly recommend them both.

The staff and Doctors have been fantastic. I bring my 15 month son with me to almost every visit and everyone has been patient, supportive, and helpful to not only make my experience positive but his as well. Their approach is truly holistic. Dr. Nicole has been advising me on my diet and postpartum weight, in addition to her focus on my posture, spine, jaw, and feet. My son has benefited from weekly adjustments, which have regulated his bowel movements and made it easier for him to nurse. I highly recommend them to anyone who shows interest in chiropractic care. They care deeply about the day to day wellbeing of their clients.

Both Dr. Russ Cooperstein and Dr. Nicole Bailey are fantastic chiropractors. The appointment for my first visit to the practice was with less than an hours notice to help resolve some back/shoulder issues I was having. I met with Dr. Russ to do an adjustment, and he discussed setting up a plan to prevent the issues from reoccurring or becoming long-term degenerative problems as I get older. I have now been going for over 2 months, and I can comfortably move in ways I havent been able to in years! The atmosphere in the office is always relaxed and fun. I look forward to every visit!

I love this place. I lived with back pain for 18 months after having my daughter until I came to Nicole. in just 3 months after coming here, I felt better than I felt in years even before the onset of back pain. This is a family owned business with two hard working people who truly care about improving the quality of life in their patients. It is a very professional environment yet everyone is so friendly. Kids are welcome, so no need to find a sitter. My daughter is 2 and there is a toy box for her to get into or she plays with their daughter. Kia when she is there.

My experience at Bailey Family Chiropractic Center has been great. I came in for neck pain that I was dealing with for years and within 3 weeks of treatment, Im feeling much better. What used to be normal "triggers" for my neck pain are improving by the day. Aside from improving my neck pain, I leave each appointment in a better mood. Would definitely recommend this place!
