THEY TAKE CHIROPRACTIC CARE & SPORTS MEDICINE TO THE NEXT LEVEL, WITHOUT DRUGS & SURGERY -(N)atural Supplements - (E)xercise - (A)djustments - (T)herapy. The key to their procedure is achieving a proper spinal curve, which has never been mentioned to me by any of the 10-12 back doctors Ive visited prior to Dr. McKay and Rinow. The education you will receive, alone, is worth a visit, let alone the treatments, advice and suggested lifestyle changes from the doctors and staff at the Advanced Back & Neck center. Like me, if you need major care and are limited to 20 visits/year, their staff will make treatments more than affordable! I am an ex - baseball player & wrestler and had been suffering with lower back pain, beginning in 1998 (Later to find out my problems began well before that!). It ultimately ended my career way too early, because I thought the stiffness & knots in my mid to lower back were "Normal". If I had discovered Dr. McKay and Dr. Rinow prior to High School I am convinced my spine ailments would have never shortened my sports career. For the 2 years prior to meeting the doctors and staff, my lifestyle consisted of studying 2-4 hours/day and working at a computer another 8-10, killing my lower back. I nearly lost all hope & visited the spine institute in Philly, which would have led to surgery. I feel extremely grateful I gave chiropractic care 1 last shot & was fortunate enough to have called this practice. In fact, a neck ailment I never knew I had, nor never complained about was discovered by the drs here after 2 weeks. No, this is not an example of unjust care, Dr. McKay & Rinow act with utmost integrity and their findings concerning my neck were proven to me through x-rays, forward neck posture, limitations in movement, among others. They will not sell you something you do not need; You are given the proof, receive options & its up to you if you want it "Fixed"!

After playing sports my whole life and even into my 30s Ive started to feel the effects of many injuries and wear and tear over the years. Additionally, I work from home and the office so I do not always have the appropriate seating that supports proper posture. After feeling continued soreness in my lower back more and more, I went into the Advanced Back and Neck Pain Center to get checked out. After a thorough health assessment and x-rays, it was clear my spine wasnt where it needed to be. The Dr set up a plan that would help get my spine alignment where it should be. After the first month of adjustments and treatment I could already feel the results. I am now in my second month of treatment where I am focusing on strengthening those muscles. They have also provided me with simple exercises that I can do in the comfort of my own home in order to continue to improve my spinal health. The Drs and staff at Advanced Back and Neck Pain Center were very professional and helpful from Day 1. I can now get out of a chair and not have the pain I once had when standing. I am very excited to continue my treatments to ensure my physical health doesnt deter me from playing sports as I get older.

Ive been a patient at Advanced Back and Neck Pain Center for a year or more. Im sure I am one of their hard and maybe most difficult patients to work on. Even though all the metal throughout my body (i.e., Neck and Spinal) , the Doctors and staff works very hard to make sure I and all of their patience who come there gets the exact treatment needed. When I leave I truly feel Ive been serviced in the proper way. My body may hurt but throughout the day I know it was rightly done and I look forward to the next visit. Thanks to the two Dr. Mckays and the other Doctor on staff and all of the staff, they all work hard to satisfy their patients...! Ismaaeel

AWESOME staff, friendly/patient doctors I feel comfortable when I talking to the doctors, because they really listen to what Im saying. I dont feel rushed to get out of their office. They are the State of the Art doctors, because they give good advice and if they dont know the answers to your questions, they will find the answer and call you. You get the personal touch/care from these doctors. They consider your time valuable and and tend to your cares in a timely manner. If you need an addition appointment, no problem, just call them. I have been going to Advanced Back for 13 years and although there has been some turnover of staff through the years, every single person there has been very warm and friendly, as well as helpful and knowledgeable. The office manager knows the answer to all insurance questions and works with patients on bill issues. The docs suggest exercises/stretches to work a particular painful area. The person who gives massages is very good. They would do well to provide a bit more privacy, update some of their machines, and do some renovation of their space. Overall, I am happy with them and recommend them.

I was suffering from an unclear autoimmune disease for the past 15 yeard, and I was a patient of John Hopkins Medicine. I gave it a try and went there for my neck stiffness. After about 4 months (2 visits per week) I felt much better. After 6 months i was able to turn my head without cramps. Now i am going there once a week for about 2 years now, and feel great, and my disease seems to be gone. Stuff is great and professional.

As someone who was suspect about chiropractic care, I am so glad that I took a chance on Advanced Back & Neck! Dealt with extreme pain and discomfort that no doctor or neurologist could find a source for, and after a year of pain and 2 months of visits to Advanced, my symptoms subsided and have not been back. I have been a patient ever since!! Thanks to the amazing staff for always making me feel welcome!

I had my first adjustment with Dr. McKay in 1986. My back has been in his good hands a long time. I appreciate that he cares about me as a person. He is a wealth of knowledge about all aspects of fitness and good health. Really easy to talk to. As a runner he has advised me on form and training. The entire staff is a great bunch of people. A massage to go along with the treatments is a must.

I love this practice. I suffered from migraines for YEARS!!! I was on 4 medications at the same time to no avail. I started here reluctantly but I was out of options for other care. I started in October 2015 and have not had a migraine since. The staff is super friendly and caring and so are the doctors. Prior to this, I didnt believe in chiropractic care but now Im an advocate!!!
