I have played sports all my life from high school to above collegiate level. When I initally hurt my back I was seeing doctors at University of Penn Spine Center.. Before coming to Francis Chiropratic I was in pain all the time and my back felt very compressed and tight as if I had a book bag on all the time. Dr. Francis helped release the stress, tightness, and pain in my lower back. I chose him because of his knowledge and certifications in extremities. The work he has done on my siatic nerve and lower extremities has given me full strength and normal use in my right leg. I have been to chiropractors who were not strong enough to manipulate my body to get the proper results. Dr. Francis does just that and more. I highly recommend him to anyone with lower back/ siatic nerve problems.

Ive been going to Dr. Francis for a few years now and can HONESTLY say that he is the BEST. Before I had trouble with a pinched nerve and lower back issues. Ive seen many chiropractors in my 30 years of going to other chiropractors and Dr. Francis was the only one were I found relief. He is very knowledgeable, caring and strong! Im a big guy at 240 lbs so I need someone how can adjust me correctly and that is exactly what happens! Do yourself a favor, if your in any type of pain, you will not be disappointed. I never really give out reviews but feel very compelled to let others know that he is the real deal!

I first went to Dr. Francis based on the recommendation of a local physical therapist who was excellent. My thinking was that excellent people tend to associate with other excellent people and I was correct. I have been receiving chiropractic care for over 15 years and have been fortunate to be treated my many qualified practitioners during that time. Based on results, I have switched to Dr. Francis and have been quite satisfied for the past two years. What I appreciate most is his thoroughness and willingness to address questions and potential issues that I bring up.

Its been about 10 visits and already my condition has greatly improved, I have seen many Chiroprators before and none of them can do the same work as Dr. Francis can, Highly recomended!!! He manually adjusts you instead of using the pro adjuster (which does not work at all). Very friendly and helpful! A+

Best Chiropractor in the state of DE. Dr. Francis background in sports mediciene and physical therapy elevates his services far above all other chiropractors. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. FRANCIS. Dr. Francis is quite possibly one of the nicest and most genuine people I know. He has recently helped me with back pain after my first visit he helped to relieve almost all of the pain. If you live in the Delaware Valley you will not find a more knowledgeable chiropractor than Dr. Mike.

Dr. Francis offers a lot more than just a standard neck and back adjustment. He incorporates massage and stretching along with home exercise that has been very effective for me. I would highly recommend him based on his range of skill sets and education.

Stay far far away. My Aunt went for one visit. She was in excruciating pain for weeks. Had to undergo a nine hour back surgery. Still in pain now 5 months later.
