I have had a new patient appointment for one week now. I called and explained that i would like to know if you take my insurance before I come in and Im not surprised with paying the exam bill at the end. I sent ALL my insurance information at the request of the scheduling personnel. It has been three days, no acknowledgement, no response, no nothing. My appointment is tomorrow morning. I guess I will just continue to drive to Kissimmee where i have been going where they DO NOT take my insuracne and I pay CASH. Oh well, just an acknowledgement of my emails for three days would have been nice and maybe an explanation. I would consider coming in and possibly paying CASH. I do not like incompetence as there is always time to acknowledge a phone call or email in which I had several of both.

Sometimes I feel like I have a coat hook stuck in my back between my shoulder blades. I get migraine headaches, and neck pain. And sometimes I get lower back and hip pain that makes my legs go numb. When my body isnt working at 100% I go to Dr. Ali at AlignLife in Dundee. There is no surgery, no prescriptions, and no downtime. I love the way I feel when I walk out of there. If you are looking for a good Chiropractor, Dr. Ali is one of the very best. If you have pain and have never been to a Chiropractor, I strongly urge you to try AlignLife. Try a natural cure. I have been going there for about three weeks now and I have felt very comfortable since before even going there. The front desk service is outstanding in person and over the phone. Dr. Hamtaee is very caring and explains everything very clearly and makes you feel comfortable at every step. The only downfall is that I wish they had massages by a therapist also and not just with the massage machines even though they feel great its not the same when someone can feel where you are tight.
