Staff and Drs are very friendly and competent. However, as other people are stating in their reviews, it is nearly impossible to get somebody there to answer the phone. TODAY 07/28/2017 marks 3 days, over 30 attempts to reach them in those 3 days, and only 2 times was my call answered. I had to request to make an appointment (which i dont need) just so i could be transferred to another CALL CENTER, which THEN transferred me back to the Kendall breeze location which rang forever and then clicked on me. Thats typically what happens, 1000 rings, no message, then youll hear a CLICK. frustrating is an understatement. The referral desk told me MONTHS ago that they were having issues with the phone system....PLEASE FIX THE DANG THING ALREADY.

The office is very clean and the staff and doctors "appear" to be very nice and helpful but that is where it ends. Two doctors, one from Baptist Urgent Care, one from this center have "ordered" a CT scan but to this day 2.5 weeks later, 7 phone calls later (one of them was 1 hour and 11 minutes long) my insurance company has yet to RECEIVE the orders so that they can approve the procedure and I can make the appointment. God Forbid if there was an actual life threatening procedure needed. I recently switched to this primary care center but now I am going to start looking for another one that can actually do what they say they are going to do because your health is too important so sit while nothing is being done on your behalf.

While the doctors are great & very sweet, good luck getting an appointment when you get sick. If you are scheduling for the first time they will schedule you very quick. If you call sick, they wont have anything available. They have availability but its "blocked for new patients". Not sure why they pursue new patients when they cant care for the ones they have. Probably not the doctors fault either, but whoever makes the decision to block availability from sick patients is probably more of a business person than a doctor. Look for a private & smaller practice that you can count on when you need a doctor. Im not one to write many reviews but healthcare is such an important decision that I thought it would help to share.

You would think you schedule blood work you have an appointment youre paying them to do it you wouldnt have to wait 30 minutes past your appointment time and have to request whats going on with my appointment before somebody gets me in. I wonder if ihad not gone to enquire how much longer before being called in.

Great facility, only thing is that the receptionist should work on her social skills. You would think they have trainings on how to professionally interact with patients.
