Ive always had a good experience going to Dr. Rounds, and have had nothing but professional and friendly encounters with those in the front lobby. Its been easy to schedule a last minute appointment when I got sick at work, and I also love that you can schedule online if needed. Dr. Rounds has always patiently listened to my concerns with a medication and tried to adjust accordingly. I get very nervous about seeing doctors, and it took me a long time to finally see one. Im glad I did. I feel comfortable here and dont understand the other negative reviews at all.

I just called to make an appointment with Dr. Brown because I had read great reviews and a receptionist who obviously hates her job answered and I asked if he had any appointments available and she said "hes not here today". I replied "okay...well do you know if he has anything open this month?" and she replies "HES. NOT. HERE. TODAY". Unbelievable behavior, needs to be fired immediately.

I couldnt feel more insignificant if I tried when it comes to dealing with this practice. Its taking weeks to get prescriptions worked out that should have been handled at my appointment weeks ago, there is absolutely ZERO communication, and the competency of the entire staff there is highly questionable.

Disrespectful uncaring doctor and incompetent and rude staff. They screwed up a prescription, the office manager wouldnt take responsibility for it and then shouted at me over the phone when I requested a resolution. Dont go here if you need help!
