I have been with this office since before they moved to Randolph. I have never felt like my issues/ailments were not addressed even if relatively minor. I really like and respect all of the providers!

Their call system is so awful that I could set my phone down for ten minutes, walk away, come back and still be on hold. I really hope your call isnt urgent or else you are screwed.

Doctors do not listen, nor do they really try to figure out whats wrong with you. I left with my issue unresolved and felt staff did not care.
