I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Franco while she was at another hospital. We had recently relocated to Florida and my son needed to connect with various doctors who were knowledgeable about is disability. I had taken my son Sean to her for medical care. My son was not doing too well and we were starting to feel hopeless. Dr Franco made sure to reassure us that she would take the best care of my son, and recommend the appropriate care that he would be needing. Which she did. She made sure to call us later that day to see how my son was doing, and to find out if we were able to schedule his follow up appointments as needed. On days when my son was feeling really sick, and having various complications, we knew we could call her on the phone for directions as to what to do, or where to take my son. When my son was admitted in another hospital, she made sure to connect with the doctors to find out what was happening with his care. Dr. Franco thanks so much for giving my son Sean so much hope as he continue with his struggles medically. Thanks also to your assistant Nicole for her help..She is awesome... We recently went back to the hospital searching for our Dr Franco, and was told you were no longer there. Thank God for the internet, we found her here. We will be making our appointment soon.

I was in need of a new General Practitioner and happened to be located in the same building as Baptist Urgent Care Palmetto Bay so on a whim I walked into her office and they took me as a walk in and I was seen right away. I was very impressed with the office staff and even more so with Dr. Franco. She was very thorough and made me feel very comfortable. I am very happy to finally have a great family doctor!

Absolutely fantastic PCP! She is very detailed and thorough. Great at explaining herself and why she is ordering a procedure or medication etc. She makes you feel completely comfortable and very importantly, she is punctual. Cannot say enough good things about this doctor.
