Called in multiple times, receptionist is at lunch when im able to call in. The nurse that answers the phone isnt able to help or even take a simple appointment. I CANT use them on the simple fact its not possible to even get a simple appointment. Would NEVER trust someone that epically fails at the basics to running a business. (nurse that answered the line told me he didnt care, word for word)

Dr. Price is hands down the best doctor Ive ever seen in all my years of visiting doctors. Hes very understanding, he listened and asked relevant questions, and thoroughly explained all options and why he chose a specific treatment option for my case. He was sympathetic toward me and I didnt wait an eternity on him to see me, nor did he rush through my appointment. Great doctor!

Very friendly and professional staff, got into see the doctor pretty fast, the whole process did not take long at all. The only potential negative is they do not stamp for parking (Im not sure how many places stamp for parking in uptown). Great office in general, excellent if you want to be seen quickly working in uptown, or communicating from outside uptown

This is such a wonderful practice. Dr. Price is very knowledgeable, positive, and thorough. Great Doctor- who really cares about his patients. Additionally, the Nurse Practioner, Kathryn Pinto, is exceptional. She was incredibly sharp, attentive, positive, and knowledgable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating as well. I wanted to schedule an appointment here because its across the street from my office. The first time I called at 1:30 pm and got a recording that their office was closed. I called back later and was asked to hold to schedule an appointment. 15 minutes later after being asked to hold twice more, I hung up. It seems they do not need any new patients.

The Doctor seems concerned about your health. Supposedly send prescription to pharmacy the pharmacy never get the prescription and a week later they want return your phone call or call in the prescription to the pharmacy. But they are concerned about your health Wow. Now for too find another doctor ASAP. Need medication for high blood pressure now.

The NP and MD are amazing! The location is great. Parking can be a little tricky but that is uptown Charlotte for you. The front desk staff is warm and welcoming. The nurses are down to earth and patient. The office itself is clean and quiet. It was well worth the switch!
