PLEASE READ THIS. I had a 530pm scheduled "Comprehensive Exam" with Banfield and I recieved a phonecall asking to be moved back to 5pm. I agreed and brought my 2 puppies there. Deborah Mosley, the "vet" came in and said "are we ready for the quick check up?" and she was very obvious that she was in a rush. She said everything was fine with my dogs within 2 minutes, brought them to the back to have their shots done. That was the last time I saw her. Within 1 minute of returning my puppy, he started vomitting everywhere. The Nurse said that it was because my puppy was nervous. Havoc, my puppy kept vomitting. She asked us to leave the room and let him calm down outside so he didnt feel so couped up and when we were infront of the counter, Havoc continued to vomitt but this time, he started laying down. The nurse, quickly took Havoc to the back and I could see her trying to call the Vet. She came back out and said that Havocs gums went white and that they would need to do some emergency procedures on him. The whole time, I could see her trying to call the Vet. She came back out and said that Deborah Mosley would not come back for the day. After 2 hours of fast acting from the Nurses, probably doing procedures that they werent certified to do, Havoc started to recover. He threw up a few more times but the Office Manager of the Hospital said he was okay to go home. Havoc is home now, but first thing in the morning, he is going to Baldwin Animal Hospital where my girlfriend takes her puppy to get everything checked out and make sure hes okay. I want to take this moment to give praise for the quick acting Nurses. WIthout them, the pathetic, lazy, and selfish Vet wouldve killed my puppy. I will never return to this store and/or "veterinarian." I almost lost my puppy today, whom to me, is everything. All because she couldnt keep her schedule and do her job. PS. They footed me with a 156 dollar bill on the emergency procedures that they had to do with Havoc. The emergency procedures that THEY induced. If you have a puppy or cat, DO NOT GO HERE.

Today I had an 11am prenatal appointment, I was a half hour early, and yet for some reason I had to wait over an hour to be seen. Atleast 3 different people who came in 30min after I did were seen before me and when I asked why this was happening the receptionists response was that we all came in at the same time, when that clearly did not happen. Then when I was finally seen a blonde nurse (I diddnt catch her name) had an attitude with me, and insisted that I was given blood work forms the last visit when I did not, and when I told her that I wasent feeling well enough to get a pap she started getting mean with me, and demanded that it must be done in a very rude way. So being pregnant and sensitive as I am that caused me to cry. Yes cry. This woman whos job it is to help pregnant woman made me cry. Finally when Dr. Bielawny showed up I was very upset, and I was crying. He diddnt make me feel any better about the situation, but he is a good doctor Ill give him that. But now I am contemplating ever returning due to his rude staff.

Expect a long wait time in the waiting room. Expect to see other people with an appointment scheduled after yours to be seen first. After you are brought to your room, expect another long wait time. After the nurse checks you, expect to wonder if they forgot about you. Negligent staff. Zero communication within the office; if you told the person who set up the appointment what the reason for the visit is, expect to tell it to the nurse, and then again to the PA/Doctor. If you end up seeing a PA (which of course they didnt tell me on my first visit until I was in the room) for nearly all your visits like I did, when you finally see the doctor, expect to recap your entire history of going to that office because hell have no idea who you are or why youre there. Poor communication with patients. No guidance. Surprise bills after they told you everything was settled. I am never going back there again. I also refuse to see a PA instead of a doctor anymore because of my poor experience at this office.

Waiting room is very small with a horrible smelling bathroom. The bathroom door opens to the waiting room allowing the odor to permeate the entire space! Not only is there a closed tinted window shading the staff (impersonal) but we waited 45 minutes for our appointment. I booked it origninally 2 months out (physical) only to find out the day before the appointment that they had put my daughter (18) with a physicians assistant and did not tell me. We were expecting Dr. Soto. I am not too impressed with our first interaction and will probably go elsewhere from now on.

If your child is sick, forget about getting same day appointment because it is next it impossible. You will be asked to go to urgent care. Seems that they only exist for well baby visits which are scheduled. I wish I would know when my kids will get sick and maybe I can get a scheduled appointment with them. So unless you are sure you child will never get sick so you wont need to see the doctor, look somewhere else. Look for a doctor who who will have time for sick kids.

I used them for about two years, and they were always slow. I always waited at least 20 minutes for my appointment, which was always weeks after I scheduled it. They never had earlier times. They have also scheduled multiple appointments if possible so that it takes more time (example: if you need a physical and also have a problem, then youll be getting two appointments, not one to take care of both).

I signed up as a new patient and my appointment was 3/23/12 at 9.40am. By 11.10 doctor soto had still Not seen me so we left. No apology from reception .. For 30 minutes I was apparently the next person to be seen. Terrible service especially being a new patient...luckily we have plenty of choices so they have lost our business.... I am sure they dont care!!

Well, my rating isnt on the doctor as I canceled before my appointment. It took me 3 days to schedule an appointment. My call wasnt returned until I said I have tried calling for 3 days. I was having an issue with my pregnancy and got voicemail. So, better customer service is definately needed. And if you are short staffed... do something about it.

I have been a patient of Dr. Soto for years. He is friendly and very detailed on his work. He always ensures that your condition is determined with certainty by requesting proper tests. Recently Dr. Soto called me on a Saturday to see how I was doing from a previous visit. What other doctor does that on their own time anymore? Greatly recommended

Weve seen Dr.Burzynski for almost 9 years and she is absolutely amazing!!! I drive almost an hour to get there just because shes that good! I havent had problems with any staff. Usually get back quickly, although we have waited a few times when they were really busy, but I appreciate that they always try to give same day sick appointments.
