I guess "office check lists" trump "patient care". Prior patient of Dr. Rodriguez and she has always been great. I moved away and just recently returned and set up an appointment due to a pretty serious issue. However her office called me and said since it had been so long (9 yrs) I would need to be be treated as a new patient and not seen until a week later. So now I have to go to Centra Care or ER because I potentially cannot wait that long. So their is an opening! The one I scheduled...but its for existing patients only. And who really cares about the patients health I guess. Ill still keep the appointment next week so I can get re-established, but by then itll probably be more a meet-and-greet than anything else.

I have been a patient of Dr Velez for over 3 years. Unfortunately, due to the fact this his latest MA is MIA, the lack of service is noticeable and now is hindering the care of my health. I suggest that as a team everyone hunker down, buckle up and pick up where one person left off. You are in the health care field and that means take care of the health of your customers which are patients. I am livid and will be seeking care at the county clinic where they obviously care more.

We love that the nurses and staff are very professional, and that the waiting room is comfortable and very clean. When necessary, he has referred me to excellent specialists and I couldnt be happier with the care. Thank you for all you do Dr. Velez.
