The receptionist was very dry and unwelcoming. But my biggest problem was the doctor who saw me. She acted like I was an inconvenience the whole time, and made me fell like she wasnt taking what I came in for serious. I could tell that she thought the problem was me being pregnant, but when the results came back negative, she just came in the room, said your results were negative, and told me I could leave. I had blood drawn and I asked if she could check my sugar levels, and she made it seem like, yet again, this was an inconvenience. Asked if I could have a statement to take back to work, and she told me I could get one from the receptionist-which who just gave me my check out papers, and told me to use that! Why would I give me employer papers that have my private medical information on it?!? So all in all, I came here to get bad service and to leave more confused as to whats wrong with me then going in. A customer service seminar is well needed in this place. WILL NOT WASTE MY TIME GOING HERE AGAIN!

I have enjoyed my experience at other Doctors Care locations, but this was completely different. The receptionist, nurse, and NP were all unbelievably rude. I went in for a diagnosis and got a LECTURE on why I didnt come in sooner instead (which left me feeling confused and even more concerned than I was before visiting). I can honestly say that I regret all the time and money that I spent at this location. I dont even write reviews. This is my first one. Please do better, Doctors Care.

Lady at the front desk was beyond rude.. waited just to go to my waiting room for over an hour after i already checked in online and was told my room was ready. last doctor I saw there called my meds in no problem. Apparently this one could not. Was stuck 4 times and could not get blood. Never had this problem at any other doctors office. Will never go back here again.

Its geographically close. The staff is nice and the facilities are new but the wait time on both the times Ive been there have been super long. I even did the online scheduling. It took almost 2 hours to get a strep and flu test for my daughter...

Ive been waiting for an hour and everybody that came after me is getting seen first. Ill never come here again. I even made my appointment online so that I wouldnt have to wait.

I was able to check-in online and walk right in. The staff and Dr. were all super friendly and I was out within an hour! You can even get free coffee!
