The reception girl is rude, disrespectful and lacks of ethics and not to mention threatening. I called for appointment and when I showed up on the date with papers they asked to print and fill appointment was never made by them. I asked for a reasonable explanation she threaten me to call police. She claims I was yelling, well Im sorry I speak loud. I will talk to my insurance company and do everything in my power including public media to stop this abuse towards patients. They have no idea how inconvenient this is.

Ive been very happy with this practice for years. Sandy is very thorough. Ive moved out of the area, but I still see them for my annual exams. They are all wonderful.
