My experience at this doctor was horrible. The office manager is kind and very professional, front desk staff is nice, but there is constant miscommunication. If you are looking for a doctor because you have a cough, or high cholesterol, than this doctor may suit you. However,I recently took a leave of absence from work due to ailments that I did not understand. This practice delayed my leave by not being able to properly communicate "what they could or could not fax" as far as medical documents for referrals for the specialist I required. For my visit to the neurologist they sent over my cholesterol levels. They were also supposed to keep in communication regarding my visits with specialist, and communicate with me. That didnt happen. I had to constantly call them to figure out what was going on. I got a different story every call. Finally, the original paperwork that they filled out for my leave had no dates. When I got my diagnosis-es 7 weeks later, and wished to return to work my job notified me that they needed the dates to approve my leave. Keep in mind that this almost cost me my career. When I asked if they could provide me with the correct dates they gave me terms that they could disclose on paper. Which would have been fine, but when I arrived they told me they couldnt write anything for me. There was a million excuses that they couldnt do it that were all unjustifiable. Regardless, the owner of the business came to the front, and had the audacity after getting frustrated with me, which I can understand to an extent, but she told me if I wanted a note for leave to go ask my mother. I laugh about that now, but I highly recommend against choosing this practice for you or your family, and I agree that this is a money hungry practice. I consistently paid money for appointments, and documents to be filled out. Every visit disappointed me with no assistance to my ailments which I came to understand were ankylosing spondylitis, fibromyalgia, and vitamin D deficiency. None of which are life threatening, but enough to cause me to lose my career that I value. Again they provided no assistance, insight, or follow up without me contacting them first. They simply collected a check every wasted visit. I recommend to stray away from this practice. They have bad reviews everywhere online for a reason. Which by the way my girlfriend witnessed this, and gave them a one star review the same day. The owners response was simply, " best of luck to you both".

August 25, 2011 This office really tries to offer the correct diagnosis and treatment. As with most doctors offices, they are crunched by accepting patients with Insurances that limit the amount of reimbursement, mainly because they want to serve people. There are almost no profits in medicine anymore since the government has reduced reimbursement again. If you calculate the hours they work, with the expenses, income and deductions, they make very little per hour. Yes, they have Physicians Assistants to help, however if you want to see the physician, just ask - you may need to wait longer, but you will be able to see them. I have seen many physicians who group together to save money, but I then feel like a number. At least Drs in this office remember you, and will refer you to a specialist as needed.

Caring staff! Holly and all the nursing staff are professional and warm. Dr. Blood (Evylise) is the best blood taker in the world! I cant say enough about Dr. Burns as he is probably the best doctor Ive ever been to, he truly understands his patients and wants to set them at ease and guild them to healthier lifestyle. Dr. Raley is a mad scientist who discovers the reasons why you ale. She is the one who figured out my chest pain to be a displaced rib that had been bothering me for almost a year!

I was a patient here for about 2 years and I really liked Dr Raley but for the last year everytime I made an appointment they forced me to see the assistant who was rude and blunt. If you want an office that will treat you like a person and not a number this is NOT the place. The front staff is rude and either never answer the phone or often put you on hold and forget about you. I have a long list of complaints but wont bore you with details, just go somewhere else, thats my advice.

Waited forever even though I was one of the first people there. Scheduled an apt to get back on meds, when I finally got to see the doctor they said oh we cant do anything until we get your records sent over (couukd have had that arranged if youd said something) then asked if I wanted to get blood work or a pap smear while I was there. I felt like I was being used. Terrible experience. Why wouldnt they have told me to transfer records before I vame iin and wasted money okn a copay.

I went for a physical. Had to deal with office staff which is by no stretch incompetent and deliberately misleading. Then they ordered test after test to bill my insurance. Two months later I started receiving bills which were already covered with my copays and insurance. It is a shame we have people like that in medical field where all they see if profits.

Called an asked if they could refill my adderall script, front desk said it was no problem. However, when I got there I was informed that they could not write CII scripts. Money hungry practice, dont waste your time going here.

I love this place, I have been a patient here for 5 years and never had a bad experience with them. Kathleen Fernandez is awesome! Everyone is very personal and helpful. Highly recommended!
