I was very disappointed at the bad experience I had with Dr. Kelly Harbert. Rather than talk to me and get to know why I was taking certain medications, she would talk with the nurse and told me I should stop taking my birth control despite me needing it (for both family planning reasons and medical reasons--but she didnt ask me about those despite me telling her my diagnosis) and using them for over a decade. I felt belittled and that she was imposing her personal beliefs on me. She refused to talk about the other question I had come into the office for, insisting on making another appointment instead. To top it all off, she sent my prescription refills to the wrong place despite me telling her nurse (because she didnt really talk to me) my insurance only covers them through a mail delivery service (that they said they work with all the time and was in the system). Im going back to a clinic rather than to her as at least at a clinic I was treated like a human being.

Dr. Harbert filled out paperwork for me, one mistake was made on the paperwork. Not a big deal, we mare all human and make mistakes. But not Dr Harbert apparently. I was advised to make an appointment to visit with her to have the paperwork reviewed and fixed. She cancelled my appointment and had her nurse call and let me know that Dr Harbert "would not be seeing me and that she doesnt make mistakes so there isnt anything to fix". I am so glad out of our entire human population there is one person who doesnt make mistakes....

Our entire family has been seeing "Dr. Kelly" (as we call her) for 17 years. We can not recommend her highly enough. In fact we have had several friends who have switched to her care.
