Unbelievably incompetent, unfriendly, and inconvenient. Theres no way to speak to anyone on the phone - you only have the option to leave a message for a nurse. Ive seen at least 4 doctors here over the years since it is a teaching facility, and the first one was good, but theyve gone downhill and I will never go back here after my most recent experience. I went in for a physical and some bloodwork and I had a few questions about another minor issue. The doctor came in 45 minutes late so his assistant, who never actually introduced himself and was not personable at all, stayed in the room with me and asked me so many questions that seemed irrelevant, and then he never relayed the information to the doctor so the doctor had to ask me the same thing again. There was absolutely zero communication between the nurse, assistant, and doctor. The doctor ended up spending so much time on my minor questions (without actually giving me any help) that he said he didnt have time to do my physical, and that I would have to pay for another appointment! Then he ordered the complete wrong kind of test for my bloodwork. So I paid him to do absolutely nothing. It was a complete waste of time and I recommend avoiding this practice completely.

If I could give below a one star review I would. Ive only met my primary care doctor one time, and she seemed great, however over the course of a year Ive never, and I mean NEVER, had a phone call answered or returned from their office. If the office is that busy they either need to hire more help or accept fewer patients. Ive had to go to a quick care over 7 times the last few months because every time Ive been sick or needed seen they have never answered the phone. A primary care physician should never be that hard to get ahold of.

I have never had any huge issue with this place, whether in person or on phone. The nurses call is a little warry and you should call often. Other then that, most of the doctors are really nice and the nurses love my kids and are very caring. We have nurses that we have to see before we leave, they are like family. Again, nurses call needs a little tweeking on getting back to patients, but other then that, I love this place.

Ive always had a good experience here. I never see the same Dr. as they are a USC Medical School clinic, but after my wait for an initial visit I get same day appointments with a reasonable wait and great service. Patients with more regular appointment needs may be better suited elsewhere. Ive visited about 5 times over the last 3 years and am calling tomorrow!

My primary care physician Dr. James Williams is fast and likes to get to know the patients when he sees them.
