Yes,the wait can be awhile to see the doctor(s).The wait has always been worth it for me, I have always been treated with respect and all my questions and concerns are answered. You just have to have patience and a open mind to how many people they gave to care for. Youll receive great care. I greatly recommend Dr.Paula Hampton. She answers all questions, she cares and listens. ilI never felt like she is trying to push me out the door,she takes her time with her patients. I hope this helps for some one.

worse place ever. they love to waste your time. no one in there knows what they are doing or apparently what kind of insurances they take or dont. They will tell you they accept it and then set you up with an appointment only to tell you when u get there that they dont take it. thats if you are even there on the right day. they will set you up with appointments and tell you the wrong date to be there. they do not care about you. Just go to the hospital.

Took my son here, going back Friday, staff nice so far. Ill follow up. Update: This is one of the most compassionate, caring, facilities. All of the personal from the front desk assistant, the doctor every one of them was super nice, they really couldnt do much anything but help get my son into a GI doctor and they did it thank you God for places and professional caring people like this.

My mother is 92 years old. She has been treated at the center for the past 10 years. we have never had a major problem. The staff is kind and considerate, my mom loves her Doctor. At times we have waited longer than we wanted to but that happens in every medical practice. I think North Central is a Great place for medical treatment! i recommend it highly.

This is a GREAT place! Ive only visited twice as well as my daughter and never waited more than 10 minutes to be called back. Every time we was in and out within an hour! Surprisingly as I was use to an upscale doctor office in Columbia and I rank them the same! All I can say is Thanks!

Ive been waiting 3 days for a prescription refill. Courtney never calls me back. Heck, she wont even call the pharmacy back. I requested a mammogram 6 weeks ago and ended up calling my gyno because I couldnt get anyone to call me back. Im leaving this office and wont look back!

The doctors sometimes dont even look at you but they prescribe medicine. I walked in with a rash but came out with Vaseline lol. Poor doctors. But maybe they need staff at front desk also who dont need attitudes. Other than that the place is good for minor care and blood work .

This place is useless, safe yourselfe some time and go to the hospital. Dont call them, they will just transfer you around the world and back, and will never call you back. The voicemail is always full, just die.
