I had a negative experience with Dr. Johnson. I do not like posting negative reviews but was sent this link from the office manager instead of a survey so I am posting here. Came in to have two skin tags removed. I called ahead to speak with the receptionist and she told me she thought they would do that. She said let me get you to the nurse so I talked to his nurse and she echoed the same thing. Normally I would care less about them but this one was hurting me. I took off work and waited a hour in the waiting room and 30 mins in his office for him to come in and say they dont do that sort of thing. I told him I called his nurse and she stated they removed skin tags/moles. He then stated that nurses do not know what doctors do. I thought that was a pretty rude statement. I have read many positive reviews in the past and this is why I choose him but having to wait 1 hr and 30 mins and pay a doctors visit to be told they cant perform a basic routine skin tag removal ( I have had them removed before at doc office) and then to give me a bunch of bogus excuses is enough for me to find another physician. I guess if your time and money is not valuable he may be a good choice. Just my two cents

I brought my parents to see Dr. Johnson after they moved in with me. I felt that he was just going through the motions with them, and would toss a pill or two at them to see if it stuck. When I would speak to him of my concerns, he would simply dismiss me-very condescending. I said that I felt my mothers medication was not working for her, and he told me it was fine. Very unprofessional IMO. Update: I paid a bill in May without questioning why it was so much. Turned out that the office failed to update my fathers insurance, although it was provided to them. I called the office on May 15 and was told they would refile and I should get a refund in the next 4-6 weeks or so. Just called the billing servicer and it was requested on August 2! Thats service for you! 3 months later-ridiculous!

Dr. Johnson was once my family physician. I always had to wait over an hour to be seen and even though his staff was curtious he was always rushed and rude with me, it got to the point I hated to have to go to his office.He did not listen or ask questions concerning my issues just rushed me through visits with no positive outcomes. Once I was hospitalized and they told me to do a follow up with my family Dr so I went to see him. He told me he wasnt going to do anything and I needed to go back to the doctors who saved my life. I left in tears and found new doctor. He still charged me for visit. Why pay for someone to be rude and hateful to you.He is very unprofessional and needs to learn people skills. I am very happy with my new doctors who treat me like a patient not a nuisance.

Doctor Johnson has been our family doctor for over 30 years. He always acts like he has all of the time in the world and is interested in how to you help you. Dr. Johnson is up to date on the latest medical news. He is conservative when it comes to prescribing medicines, usually preferring a natural remedy. Dr. Johnson will be our family doctor until he retires which I hope is a long time from now!!

Everytime I go in to see Dr. Johnson, He is way, way behind and I sit for an hour before he even sees me. This is not once, not twice, but all the time. I had my mother in there on Tuesday and we waited more than an hour. If it had been me, I would have left, but she needed her prescriptions refilled. We were only the second appt of the day. This is unacceptable.

No one could ask for a more professional,friendly staff and a informed professional doctor as Dr. Johnson. He also has the ability to have you feel that you are the only patient he has and is listening to all the things that are troubling you. .Jane Tillett

Dr. E. Johnson is very professional and up to date on a variety of medical issues. He is kind and takes the time to listen to your concerns and gives you options in your treatment . I have been a patient of his for quite some time.
