In this practice Ive experienced an irresponsible physician and an imcompetent staff. They neglected to send my specimens to the laboratory, not once, but twice. A week later, still symptomatic, I was asked to come in again to leave a third sample. The doctor had the receptionist call me and lie to me about what happened to the samples. She did not realize I have experience in the medical field and called her on her lie. I asked to have the doctor call me and she didnt. When I called back, a woman that did not offer her job title finally admitted that one of the samples never made it to the lab and that the other was of insufficient quantity. Again, having worked in a loboratory I know the amount of sample required for this test and know that it was more than sufficient. Not one time did this woman apologize but instead repeated three times that the only thing that they could do for me was have me come in to the office again to leave yet another sample. I will not return to this office and I do not recommend it. I will have to incur an additional (higher) co-pay at urgent care to cared for properly.

Ive been coming here for a few years now and am consistently impressed with their professionalism, empathy and patient care. Dr. Mehta is always positive and goes out of his way to answer any questions I may have. This is a wonderful practice, which happens to be in my neighborhood. That said, Id drive to see Dr. Mehta if his practice was in Uptown.

These guys are the best!!! Im not a big fan of doctors but Dr Pratik has exceeded my expectations. Ive had a couple issues lately and they have bent over backwards not only to fit me in immediately but also working with my hectic schedule. If you live in the BAXTER area highly recommend giving these guys a shot.

This is a great place, very organized with personable service with up to date and informed staff. I switched from MDVIP 24/7, premier medical care to Dr. Mehtas office. I really appreciate the effort Dr. Mehta makes to find affordable alternatives and providers for expensive medications not covered by my insurance.

If youre not an existing patient, they give you 3-4 weeks for a first appointment. In 3-4 weeks Ill be either fine or DEAD.
