Not sure why all of the bad reviews. The front desk ladies are wonderful, as well as the doctors. They all can be stern when needed, but they are all great people. I had Dr. Miller when she was around. She was great and cared so much about my well being. Now I have Dr. Herring who is also wonderful and is a very good doctor-- couldnt ask for more. Over the past several years I have also seen Amy Boone a few times and Dr. Zacour one time for a finger injury. They are all very knowledgeable and truly care about your health. Over the years Ive never seen any reason for a 1 star rating. Grades: Lobby wait time - (B+) About average (with appointment they are usually on time) In-room wait time - (B) Typically (for me) about 10-15 minutes from seeing the nurse to seeing the doctor. It probably feels longer than that because you sit in there by yourself and I dont like to read. There is a TV in the waiting room, might be a good addition to add them to the actual rooms. Cleanliness - (A) Ive never used the bathroom there, but the rooms are clean. Waiting room is clean. Doctor Herring - (A+) Very knowledgeable and personable. Seems like she works really hard and really loves what she does. Front office - (A) I can see why some people may be angry with how they handle things, but they do a great job. They always seem to be very busy which may come off wrong to some people, but they are nice. Ive had to change appointment times before and there was never an issue. Ive been going there for about 4 or 5 years. Some things changed when Dr. Miller left, but for the most part, everything is still the same. After that I saw Amy Boone a few times before they switched me to Dr. Herring. Amy Boone personally told them to fix a 6 month visit (probably took 10 minutes) to make it a more affordable price (when I didnt have insurance) which really helped out. Bottom line. I personally feel this is a great office. From the front desk to the doctors, they do seem to be overworked, but they run a good clinic. The only minor issue I had once was I got there at 8am for an appointment and the doors were still locked. Other than that, nothing major.

Dec 30th my husband called for his Dr because his tooth was hurting and his jaw was swollen but the Dr was on vacation. We had just gotten our dental insurance in September and while he had seen his dentist about his tooth pain he was unable to get his wisdom teeth removed (infection was in lower wisdom tooth) until Feb of next year. Dec 30 our dentist office was closed, so we called the Dr office to try and get some antibiotics to help with the infection (it suddenly flared up again) because my husband was in serious pain and his right jaw was swollen. Instead of Helping my husband they say theres nothing they will do, they wont write him a prescription to hold him over the New Years weekend and suggest calling a free dental clinic instead. I tried, I was on the phone for HOURS trying to get through to the clinic they suggested but no one ever answered the phone. Well be going to a different office from now on. We want an office with people who CARE ABOUT OUR HEALTH and dont leave us to SUFFER in pain when all other options are out. We literally had no where else to turn unless we wanted to pay money out of pocket that we didnt have (live paycheck to paycheck) to go to the ER, but why should we have to when our insurance covers our visits to our MAIN DOCTOR. Avoid this office if youre looking for people who actually give a damn about you in your time of need when theres literally no where else you can turn.

My husband and I both see Dr. Herring, and have since moving to SC in 2010. For the most part, shes wonderful, sometimes I think she has to much on her plate and wants to rush you through, but I will not change doctors. I am very comfortable with her, and her staff. I have never had a rude answer from any of them My husband has a chronic illness and there are times when he needs to see the Dr. immediately, I have never had a problem getting him in when needed.

I go to see Dr. Miller and shes always helpful with any problems or concerns that I have. I would recommend her to anyone. Front staff could be a little friendlier. The first time going through check out someone was sitting in a chair and had noticed I was standing behind the counter waiting to turn in my papers. She just looks at me and points in the direction of a coworker I needed to deal with. Doesnt even speak.

I have been going to this practice for many years and have never had an issue. If you are not feeling well and need to be seen, they do alll they can to fit you. Dr. Herring is one of the finest diagnosticians around. I have had surgeons tell me how good she is. Do yourself and your health a favor, make this practice your families General Doctor. Okay despite the reviews I attempted to give this place a try. TODAY was my last straw, Amy Boone NP has officially made me regret coming here. Should NEVER talk your clients /patients out of care they are requesting for their health. At the end of the day THAT PATIENT IS PAYING THE BILL NOT YOU ! THAT PATIENT IS IN CONTROL OF THEIR HEALTH. Laziness at its best!

Front desk rude and incompetent. Made an appointment with Ashley week prior. Arrive to find out no appointment scheduled. Waited all day. Waste of time. Asked if I could wait to see doctor. Abrupt no and that was that. Likewise rude on phone. Just short, lack of concern is apparently policy here. Wont being going back.

Not a huge fan of this practice. Dr. Miller is OK, but not the best people person. She was short and not very helpful to my wife who was going through a difficult time. Not the best professional in this area. I suggest Shiland family practice to those looking around.

Ive never had a problem with the staff at the office. Everyone has always been professional. After making an appointment I have never waited more than fifteen minutes to see Doctor Herring or Amy Boone. I have always trusted the office with my health.

Dr. Miller is great! She listens and tries to do everything she can for your medical issues. She is very easy to talk to and I would highly recommend her for anyone looking for a family physician. Ashley her nurse is great also.

I called them to say I was having a problem with my medication. They never responded and then they lied and said I just called to say everything was great! Do yourself a favor and find another doctor I am.
