Extremely rude telephone manner today. Laziness to only use a quick website check to verify my insurance, rather than calling the number on the back of my insurance card. When in reality I am adequately covered, Daniel proceeded to tell me I was not and that I could expect to pay upwards of $100 just for a visit, nothing else. I am absolutely disappointed being that myself and entire family have used this office for several years. I even politely asked just to be put on hold and just ask about my personal situation, and I was not even given the courtesy of mentioning this matter to anyone beyond a receptionist who could not even adequately verify my insurance, by taking an extra step. What really disgusts me is she kept implying the liability of my Paxil being provided by there office. Which I have been provided by with no warning whatsoever of a needed unscheduled office visit ( or I would have gladly with accurate insurance verification made, in efforts to NOT be without my medicine) by a General Physicians office to evaluate my Psychological diagnoses..... Yet she avoided any effort at all to pay attention to the risks of NOT having, and abruptly stopping Paxil. I actually mentioned the liability of that to her and those risks since she could not even consider speaking to someone or letting me speak or get a call back from anyone. Yet again, I was told if I want my prescription I can come in and pay upwards of $100. This is disgusting. Ironically this office had NO problem giving psychiatric prescriptions to my brother, whom committed suicide. Yet deny me a 30 day refill, leaving me to withdrawal and end my medication cold turkey. I will never come back to this office, never recommend it! Girls at the front are the 1st you see, they need to be intelligent, patient, have communication skills, and go the extra mile. THEY represent whats behind closed doors. Today Daniel not only represented that poorly, but she represented Dr Harris in such a fashion. Unfortunately that is what will stick, and consequently his reputation is hindered. Emily Williams

If I could give this place a rating of zero stars I would heed all of the horrible warnings and avoid this place at all costs. Whatever your medical needs you would be better off to go to a hospital ER or to a walk-in clinic until you can find a real doctor. Ive never met Dr. Harris but Ive been going there for a year they run a mill the most patients in the most patients out they dont care about what information theyre providing or the level of service they give you are just a number to them it is evident with the turnaround in physicians assistance that they go through there either brand-new or theyre horrible at their job and cant get a job anywhere else I assume. I was given wrong information about something very important thank God my sister is an ER nurse... I trusted her more then the physicians assistant who was a moron and I went directly to the ER they told me it was good that I had come down to the ER because the doctors office gave me the wrong info. I telling you literally you are a number to them routine prescription refills that can be done over the phone at any other doctors office they make you come in for only to make money off of you. You literally are a dollar symbol to them do not not not not not go here I cant stress that enough please of course theyll have availability because they suck. Go to a real doctor one who actually cares about his practice and runs a normal doctors office that is not a moneymaking mill for Dr. youll never see if it wasnt so involved I would report this moron and all of his idiot minions that work for him to the health board never ever have I experienced healthcare this awful.

Avoid at all costs! I was a new patient and went in for a first visit so I could keep up with my blood pressure medicine that also regulates my somewhat irregular heart beat. I am required to get a 3 month prescription per my insurance on regular medication (caremark). The visit was rocky to say the least but I got my medicine and moved on thinking I was over thinking the visit. I called them recently to get a refill and was told that I had to wait 24 to 48 to even get approved for the refill. After waiting and becoming very low on my medicine, a one month script was called in for me. It got rejected because of the 3 month rule and I reached back out to the office. I was told that the doctor was requiring to see me for a visit before I could be prescribed the medicine. So I can get a one month but not a 3 month?!? I work retail and have a very erratic schedule, one that would prevent me from being able to visit the office for over a week! I have never had this happen at my other doctors and am taken back about how hard they made it to get a medicine that if not taken could kill me! Their solution was for me to stop in and take a sample to get me through till I could manage a visit... If I could make it there, dont they think I would get my check up? This Place is a joke!!! Avoid Avoid Avoid!

Possibly the least professional doctors office I have ever been in. My wife and I both went in with identical symptoms, we both clearly had strep throat and recognized the symptoms from having them before. They brought us in separately and determined that she had strep, but that I did not. Even upon insisting that we both did, they gave my wife the antibiotic but only gave me the steroid to reduce the swelling. I attempted to pay a copay but was told my insurance covered it all. I went back in the next day because the pain was excruciating, but still they determined that I did not have strep and just decided to send a sample to the lab. Again, I was told that my insurance covered it all and that there was nothing to pay. 5 days later I get a call saying that I did in fact have strep throat, and they prescribe the antibiotics to me as well. By this point my wife is through hers but because my strep is persisting, she gets it again and has to go back yet another time after this. A month later I get a bill in the mail for hundreds of dollars charging for each individual visit and no mention to the lack of professionalism or the sheer lack of common sense in our diagnoses. I will not be going back to this incompetent office.

I went to his office today. It is a walk in clinic attached and related to a botox and laser clinic. They same billing office. I was quoted on the phone that the charge would be $100 for the office visit. I was charged for this up front. Dr. Harris came in and asked a few questions as to why I was there, did not even fully examine the injury, only touched it through my shirt.(possibly broken ribs). He ordered some blood taken, to be sent off to a clinic, and then his office chraged me an additional $80, and did not sufficiently explaihn except that the $100 was a "new patient fee". he never even looked at the paperwork, (extreme amount of papers, and disclaimers. I requested my medical release papers for previous Drs.(Whom I went to for 17 years, before they moved out of state), and told them I would not be back. Incompetent!
