Ive been treated by Dr. Davila since 2015 for various chronic and acute conditions. He is knowledgeable and highly capable in treating most concerns. But readily willing to refer to specialists when needed. He actually listens to concerns, takes his time each visit, and involves me in the whole process. He is extremely responsive to internal email submissions and has responded or prescribed without my having to go in. I have never had to wait for my appt. The technical/nursing staff have always been very warm and friendly. While the front desk staff arent offering me coffee and a neck massage, I have always found them to be polite and professional. Maybe a little "cool but cordial". There has been an occasion when Dr. Davila felt the staff were negligent in contacting me regarding lab results. He was visibly upset and personally got involved to let his expectations known to the office manager. He encouraged me to let him know anytime I was not pleased with the staff. Dr. Davila is a kind, caring and capable physician. I would trust him to treat my most precious family members and I hope he will be my physician for life.

Dr. Davila is the best doctor that I have found and you can tell he really cares about your well being. Yes, you have to wait sometimes, but I have never been to doctors office that is on time. Id rather wait a little while knowing that he would spend extra time listening and finding solutions for me, if needed. Btw, the office staff isnt going to give you any answer, they are very straightforward people. The office staff is dealing with peoples lives, not just filing papers and answering phones.

I will DEFINITELY NOT be getting treatment or recommending this place to anyone. Staffs at the front desk were nice and Friendly. The assistant that helps get you ready before the actual doctor comes in (not sure his title) was super rude and unapproachable as if he had a personal issue. Once the doctor came in.. My experience got worst. He couldnt even comprehend my reason for the visit. he barely took his time to discuss anything.

We are the World

The staff does not provide adequate customer service. Not only do they lack a welcoming atmosphere but they also avoid many of the concerns that you may have. There are many times I felt like I offended them just by being a patient. I wouldn’t suggest going there if you don’t have to.

Dr. Davila is the best doctor I have had since living in Jacksonville. He is very conscientious, thorough and listens to his patients. His concern is with your wellbeing not the wellbeing of his pocket. I would recommend him to anyone who needs an excellent doctor.
