Unfortunately I have not had any luck with this dentist. I had fallen and injured my front tooth badly it began to change colors and I knew something was wrong I was referred to this dentist. Dr.Yates told me the tooth was infected and I needed a root canal and crown. The tooth at the time was not causing me any pain . shortly after the procedure the tooth was causing me a lot of pain I came to the dentist again and he shaved some of the tooth to correct my bite supposedly was the problem. Now several months later I still have pain in that tooth. When I came in today no x-rays were done and he briefly told me to bite down again and that I needed to go and see a specialist which wont be covered by the insurance I signed up with and his office. He told me that there is no guarantee when you go into a dentist! I understand that but if he had told me to go to the specialist from the beginning I wouldnt be having these problems he told me anything that needs to be corrected on the tooth would come out of my pocket I feel the procedure was not done correctly from the beginning and now I have been experiencing pain and discomfort for several months from his practice please try to steer clear from this dentist especially if you need a root canal or a crown The staff is rude and not helpful at all

It was my husband that discovered Dr. Yates and The Gardens Dental Care Team. Ive always enjoyed going to the dentist but my husband dreads it and thus avoids it at all costs. However, after his first visit with Dr. Yates and his team he came home excited to tell me about his amazing experience. This Id never seen, so I booked my appointment right away to check it out myself. Let me tell you, you will not be disappointed! My teeth are terribly sensitive and I felt relaxed enough to share my concerns with the staff (Im a bit shy). They took every precaution to make sure I was comfortable to the point where my dental hygienist even offered to have me swish rather than spray my teeth with water due to my sensitivity. Dr. Yates and his team answered all my questions (I always have a ton) and the coolest part ... they use all the high end technology from the way they take x-rays to oral cancer screenings. I cannot recommend Gardens Dental Care enough. I urge anyone who is new to the area, and especially those that are not 100% satisfied with their current dentist, to give Dr. Yates and his team a try. Gardens Dental Care is one of those secret Palm Beach Garden treasures that is so good you almost want to keep it to yourself.

Yates is a CROOK! He told me I needed 2 cavities filled. I assumed he was telling the truth so I had them filled. Then he said I had 3 more on the other side of my mouth. I decided to go to 2 other dentists and they both said that I had no cavities. This guy is a CROOK! A SCAMMER! He will tell you that you have all sorts of problems that you dont. During my last cleaning their last scam was pushing the sleep apnea products on their patients. They wont stop sending me mail and they wont stop calling me for appointments even though I have asked them at least 10 times. PLEASE DONT get scammed by this CROOK! A person from his office called me last week asking if I was coming in for an appointment that I did not even make.

If Dr. Yates is not your current dentist, he should be. The front desk, hygienists, office manager, and Dr. Yates himself, flawlessly welcome you to the practice with sincere compassion matched only by the level of meticulous care devoted to your smile. As someone who has worked with a considerable amount of dentists in Palm Beach County - Dr. Yates is the only Dr. I trust to provide me with the caliber of professionalism I seek from a dentist. If you are looking for a better smile while getting a few laughs with his staff, give Gardens Dental Care a call. You will wish teeth cleanings were every 2 months instead of 6.

.. RECEPTIONIST DID NOT KNOW WHETHER THEY WERE IN OR OUT OF NETWORK. ASSUMED IN, AND CHARGED ONE PRICE.. BILLED LATER AFTER DISCOVERY... THE DENTAL ASSISTANT WAS INFORMATIVE AND CORDIAL.. EVERYONE ELSE...-__- GOT A SECOND OPINION WITH A PROVIDER MUCH FARTHER AWAY, 15 MI TO BE EXACT. BETTER SERVICE AND MORE AFFORDABLE. ITS A DRIVE BUT WORTH IT. I CALLED YATES AND SPOKE W/ AMBER (WHO WASNT TOO HAPPY ABOUT THE REQUEST) TO HAVE MY XRAYS SENT OVER.. I GOT THEM AND THE EXTRA BILLS. GOING TO PAY MY NEW BAL NOW AND PRAY I NEVER HEAR FROM THEM AGAIN..I COULD SAY MORE, HOWEVER THE PROOF IS EVIDENT AFTER A VISIT

This is actually my wife Sally. She doesnt do much computer stuff. As we age, we can only do so much to prevent the inevitable. Some of us age more quickly than others. Guess that has to do with genes. However there has been one aspect of my appearance that has improved and that is my smile. Thanks to Dr. Yates and his staff, my teeth are better looking today than they were in my youth. Expertly applied caps can do wonders. I feel so confident with a healthy smile.While I am now 73 years old, I can still be proud of my smile :) Thanks to Dr. Yates for lifting my spirits!

Dr Yates and his staff are ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!!! This was an INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE visiting this office today beat my expectations! From the moment on the phone making the appointment to sitting in the chair they make you feel so welcomed. The office is so clean. Such a pleasant experience. Who would ever think I cant wait for my next visit to the dentist office. Believe me I would have never imagined I would be writing this review especially knowing this wasnt just a check up there was a lot of drilling going on. Like most people, I am not one that has ever enjoyed going to the dentist. However, Dr. Yates and his staff have recently alleviated the anxiety and tension that I previously associated with dental appointments. The staff is always friendly and personable. Dr. Yates is the most considerate dentist I have ever had (personally calling me later in the day to make sure that I am feeling alright after having work done). Lastly (and certainly not least) the visits are quick and painless. Highly recommended!

This was my first visit to the office. I filled out all my paperwork from home so when I got to the office I was seen in less then five minutes. The staff at the office was incredible. It felt like I was at a high end spa. Dr Yates was great and best of all he respected my time and had my chipped tooth fixed in less than 20 minutes and It looks like nothing ever happened. I now have a Dentist that a can recommend with confidence! Thanks Dr Yates, you will be meeting whole family very soon.
