My baby got sick I took her in there I told them right out front which theres supposed to be a non for profit business told them out front that I would need at least 4 weeks to pay off if there was any major surgery to go on I told them how much money I had to work with which was a pretty large sum I had thought anyways they actually did Earl of work and they did x-rays on her than they gave me some antibiotics and then acted like it was no big deal told me what she had actually they were it down on a piece of paper what she had had naturally I wasnt I was a mess because she is shes my baby shes like my kid is a little French bulldogs and I had her for quite some time I just lost one not even 2 years ago but Im still healing from the pain of losing him and my first impression of this place anyways as soon as you walk in its all grade dingy if its kind of like walking into a very you know not so good health clinic that you dont even want to be into I definitely wouldnt want to take your child into a place like that and that was my first thought as well but it didnt smell like cat piss sorry cat urine but you know I went ahead and left thinking okay well itll be affordable and hopefully she will be okay I was trusting that I had my higher power had my had me and I had my baby as well well needless to say that my dog my baby she would have died had Id not trust my gut instinct and drove her on a whim immediately the very next day to Pinellas Park to her veterinarian that she had there I would not suggest you if you think of your your your pets as your kids I would not suggest you taking them there now if you want inexpensive products go ahead if you want think of that thrift store there if youd like to go ahead and support their cause which whatever theyre using that for I dont know go ahead but I wouldnt suggest using their services because any place thats that unsanitary where you can smell it then I just I wouldnt recommend it but you make your own choices Im just saying that it was my experience and I would hope that there more sanitary in their operational thank you for taking the time to read what I had on my input have a good day

DON’T Bring your Dog there pay the extra money and find yourself a good veterinarian. They don’t take the time to listen to you, it’s all about how many they can spay in a day. My dog was like a therapy dog for my depression which now, it’s very hard to get out of bed, I cry all the time. The anesthetic they use put poison though her body that her liver couldn’t handle it .She suffering was in so much pain. I told the receptionist when I walk in that my baby had liver problems and she was on medicine. Instead taking the time to write it down, she told me that I had to tell the tech girl that would bring me into the room,. Ok, in there I told that girl, thought she wrote it down. But again she was trying to up sale me on everything she didn’t care, when I press the issue she told me tell the doctor. Guess what never saw the doctor till days later when my dog was in so much pain. And then to cover her own ass she said she was never told and put it back on me. If she knew she would of use something else and would have came her lots of fluids to flush the toxins out. Besides telling 2 people in that office and 99.9% sure I wrote it down on the information paper ,but they haven’t gave me a copy of that ask for it several times already. But even If I didn’t say anything aren’t they the professionals shouldn’t that be one of the questions you ask how’s your dog’s health before you open them up…..P.A.W.S kill my precious dog and left me $500 in debt .I am responsible for bringing her in there to get spayed…….Since this has happen ,I have heard from 4 others that either there female was sick for months or there dog died. Save your female dog . I heard of no problems for male dogs.MY HEART IS SO BROKEN.....I can truly say I hate this clinic

The staff is NOT friendly. They have a new staff from 3 years ago. I took my female there then and the treatment was awesome. This time it was NOT!! The staff was rude. The neutering on the 3rd day a testicle has now dropped. Maybe that explains why he is still as hyper as ever. The girl bringing him out to us could not handle him and let him run out into the waiting room without a leash and then tried to blame the animal for it. First of all she should have asked for help and secondly, if she cant do her job properly, maybe she should look for another line of work. She was not friendly to the animal at all!! The system has changed for intake which appears to be better than 3 years ago but if you dont take them in the right order then its useless. When coming to pick him up at 3, the woman took 2 people in front of us and was ready to take a 3rd when the man behind spoke up and said they were here first, or otherwise we would have had 3 people taken ahead of us. No apologies for any of their mismanagement of the clients AND the patients!! Now Im going to have to take him to another vet, pay more than I should because they didnt do the job right the first time and I refuse to bring him back there for the horrible treatment they gave him. Plus they only gave him 3 days worth of pain medicine. Im pretty sure hes going to need a few more days than that. Their instructions were to keep him calm yet they didnt give him any anti anxiety medicine for that. Very poor all around. PS this is my second review...same subject...they took down my first review. Whats up Google? Thought these were supposed to be legitimate reviews. Only keep up the ones good for the business?

Took my cat here twice for tapeworm treatment. Great prices. The staff is varied. First visit the doctor and assistant were very friendly, gentle, and informated. My cat had a reinfestation but it wasnt their fault. I brought her back a couple months later. This time I think I got an assistant alone, no vet because there was a lack of knowledge and experience. She questioned my cats weight as if I dont fed her properly but I was there for a tapeworm which is the cause of her being underweight. Then when she gave her the shot my cat was aggressive and hissed and swatted, which didnt happen the first visit, she reacted by dropping the needle and backing away leaving the needle hanging out of her. I had to grab her and hold her down. My cat is up to date on her rabies vaccination so not sure why this reaction from the woman occured. Also one woman at the front desk is helpful and friendly but the other is extremely rude. The sign-in form was full on one side so everyone waiting signed in on the wrong side and she treated all of us like kindergartners and made us all wait one by one to sign in on the other side which was full so I had to write under the lines. She should have put a new sheet out instead of being rude. Uncalled for. Not sure if I trust them to spay my cat. The price is great but I really love my cat.
