I am new to the area. I have three dogs, a cat, and a parrot. I called Bayonet Point Animal Hospital for a last-minute appointment on a nail trimming. The woman on the phone took her time and was super friendly. Got me in the next morning. Upon arrival, Buster, the cat, met us in the lobby. What a love bug! The woman at the counter, was very welcoming, and friendly. After Wilbers nail trimming was complete, the doctor came out and met me. Spent a few minutes getting to know me. It was a beautiful experience overall. The establishment was very clean. I feel we are safe knowing we are in a new part of Florida, and I have a great Vet to look after my family.

Doctor Carolyn and the entire staff were AMAZING!!!!! I have always hated veterinary clinics almost as much as my pets have but this place was great. The staff we so welcoming and sweet. They made me and my little Lulu feel comfortable and they just fell in love with her. They even took the liberty of printing out a picture that they took of her for us to bring home! Such wonderful people that you can tell love their job. Prices were great too! Had a check up, a few tests done, and some antibiotics all without breaking the bank. I would highly recommend this animal clinic to anyone especially to those whose pets mean so much to them!

The lack of caring and follow up is shameful! I had one visit and it was one visit too many! On the visit they did not listen to his heart, did not listen to his lungs, did not look at his eyes, ears or gums. They did not pet him, ask what we feed him, these are all things on a first visit that vets do - not this dump. They did a test and called my home and left a message for me to call for the results, I call three times the next day then waited til 10:30am the next day and NO CALL, so I went and picked up my results and went to another very caring and thorough vet. Awful experience!

They have so many different ways of communication to ensure your pets get the best quality Care. I would never go anywhere else and always refer family and friends.
