I gave this rate because the customer service provided not because of the care my pet received. The fact that both of the receptionist happened to be extremely rude every encounter that I have had with them has made it difficult to want to come back. I hope they hire people with a little more patience and respect period even when it comes to simple miscommunications they do not have to be resolved with attitude.

Dr. Hagler and his staff are amazing people that truly care for animals. They go above and beyond for their patients and the owners of their patients. They are also very affordable in comparison to most vet offices. I wont trust anyone else with my fur babies! Highly recommend!

Dr Hagler really loves animals! He has helped my wife and I with rescue animals on 3 separate occasions. His first priority is to provide care for these animals, the only thing he asked us in return was to find them a good home. I highly recommend!!!

Theyre amazing. I happily drive an hour each way from Gainesville. They saved my dogs life. When I couldnt afford $1,000 for surgery at the big, fancy, high-tech vet clinic Id gone to for over 40 years in Gainesville, they did it for less than $300.

We have been taking our RoxyBear to see Dr. Hagler since she was 3 weeks old. She is now 8 years old and enjoys seeing him for her monthly nail trims. They are the most caring group of veterinarians/vet techs/support staff around.
