Dr. Pratt and Staff are the absolute BEST. My 7 year old beagle was 2 months post op for a femoral head ostectomy on her right hip when she injured her left hip and in the process dislocated her left patella. We were referred to Dr. Pratt by our family vet due to the severity of her injuries, the staff scheduled us to be seen immediately and upon consultation the surgery was scheduled for the next day. Dr. Pratt and staff are very kind and take time to make sure that everything is explained and understood by the fur baby parents and although I would have paid whatever was necessary to make sure that my baby was able to walk again, the prices charged for services rendered are MORE than fair. I specifically appreciated that Dr. Pratt himself called to give a post surgery update and he himself called today to check and see how my baby was doing. HIGHLY recommend Dr. Pratt and staff for your veterinary and orthopedic needs for your fur babies. Thank you again, I am forever grateful for the excellent care that you gave to Daisy.

My experience was horrible. My Akita had to be euthanized in September of 2015 and to this day I still recall them not giving him enough sedation and thank GOD I stayed with hi and held his head or he would have just hit the floor. In addition to that trauma they used a crematory that has a horrible reputation so at this point I dont even know if I have my pet back. I will say the Staff was nice but that in no way takes away from the poor care they gave my dog nor using a crematory that has been written up many times in the papers and on line. Yes, its been a year and I should be moving on but that isnt easy given what I saw. Jancys was the name but they now have changed the name but the same family owners it and I was told they were the cheapest so that is why most of the veterinarians in North Florida use them. REALLY?!?!? and if I could post with no stars the one would not be there

Very unreliable!!! I moved in town from South Carolina, so I was in need of a new local vet. I needed tails docked on my litter of Italian mastiff pups. You have a 2-3 day window to get this done, which this vet knew. I was told that everyone is at lunch so we cant quote a price right now. I responded by saying that I didnt really need a price I just need an appointment. Still no acceptable response was given just well have someone call you. I called back 4 different times and same response. If you in the market for job that gives 12 hour lunch breaks Id rate them 5 stars!!!

Another vet eager to hustle for money. Obviously my dog has a lump that needs to be removed. They estimated close to 700 bucks in check ups, and tests alone, and then said we need a specialist for surgery or chemo at another city. I think Florida is backwards. The visit was acceptable, but vets now dont want to remove lumps anymore

They are Awesome! Super friendly.. very good with my dogs & really patient with us & our unruly animals. Kind compassionate ...i dont mind driving the 40 mins cuz they are so great!

We just moved hear and need a vet for our doges . We have three Yorkies . The staff is young and very talented , up to date and they take there time with you and your pet .
