I went to Banfield in Trinity for my dog. My dog got veterinarian Dr. Sharpe. She is completely incompetent. I told her I believed my dog had an ear infection and his balance was off. She diagnosed my dog to have X-rays for his back and confirmed my dog had an ear infection. She was correct on the ear infection, But WRONG that my dog hurt his back. All they care about at any Banfield Hospital is to get you on a care plan for your pet. Her diagnosis would have cost me over $568 out of pocket!!! The plan which was to "save" me money would have cost me well over $700 by the end of the year! Needless to say, I refused treatment and got a second opinion at Tarpon Animal Hospital. Dr. Salazar was excellent and Competent. She diagnosed my dog had NOTHING wrong with his back. It was simply a yeast ear infection where a common symptom is for your dog to feel dizzy and balance to be off. Cost? Only $68.65. Back to Dr. Sharpe over at Banfield Hospital in Trinity. Dr. Sharpe is young and extremely inexperienced. I suggest no one has her "practice" as a doctor by "practicing" on your pet. Finally, all Banfield Hospitals, you should care more for the ANIMALS, not how to gouge the pet owner with your "careless" care plans!

I wish I knew the names of the employees here so I could thank them individually. We rescued a puppy from someone who was giving them away in a box. She was very ill and needed serious attention. We arrived 2 hours early to our appointment because her condition was worsening. They took us in immediately. They were very thorough and informative. They explained everything they were planning to do and the processes we should follow after our visit. Our puppy needed to stay somewhere overnight for more care and they recommended places for follow up. We have 2 other dogs and plan to switch their care over to Banfield. For the amount of work that was done, the price was very fair in our eyes. They went above and beyond and we could tell they were compassionate and cared. Thank you to all employees who worked on 4/5/2015, we really appreciate your help!

Would not recommend this place to anyone. The doctors are very young and always changing. My dog always has someone new, never the same doctor he had last. We were on the wellness plan because we have an older dog, yet nothing is ever covered. We pay monthly and still have to pay a lot out of pocket extra every time, even if they tell us its covered originally, they always find something wrong with the dog. My neighbor stopped bringing her dog with allergies there and took him somewhere else. His allergies stopped instantly. He no longer needs to take shots and be put on long term medicine. Banfield is all about finding problems that arent there, medicine and money. I will never go there again.

I have nothing but praise for the entire staff at Trinity Banfield. Dr. Marsh is excellent and takes time with explaining the vaccinations and side effects to look out for. I have always had Dr. Marsh except on one occasion and she was very good as well. The following day I always receive a call checking on my puppy. The puppy program is great. Our puppy had several types of worms when we first got him. I had to take him in several times (which were all covered under the plan). I highly recommend them and especially the puppy program.

I had the service for a year and they renew it without sending me a reminder or any other info. And they charge me for two months.(26.95 each) I called them and I can not get my money back neither a service or something else. The service was very expensive for just to see the vet and get some shots. I do not recommend it.

We had a brand new kitten from the SPCA that had a mild upper respiratory infection. Dr Lawrence took look at her and fixed our kitten right up. She is already feeling better and acting like a kitten again. Thank you!

Wouldnt let me help an abandoned microchipped pet...front desk associates are rude and unhelpful. More worried about covering their legal bases than helping their customers. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.
