This hospital is a joke, They made my poor Boston Terrier suffer. They was supposed to give him meds for heartworms and they kept telling me it was on back order for over a month, Then I called today to tell them that my Boston passed away and they said "oh well we are sorry to hear that but his meds are still on backorder, we have had to borrow treatments for the other dogs that we are treating" I said so wait you had a way of getting them and you didnt get them for him, She said yes we borrowed the meds" But anyways just so people no this place is a joke, they lied said that he was to sick to start his treatments but when I called today she said yes they started his treatments, how can you start a treatment if its on back order, Any ways I will never ever ever use this place again for anything they could have helped him more but because they wouldnt my Poor 5 year old Boston is gone and he can never be replaced,

Great customer service, Great caring attitude towards the animals. I requested an appointment through their website and someone called me back less than an hour later. They have Saturday hours which is a godsend since I work nearly an hour away from home and cant make it back to town in time to see a vet on a weekday. The waiting area was clean with plenty of seating and we were seen promptly. The vet handled my cat gently and seemed very good with small animals. That should be the norm but Ive had experiences with vets who were just awful in the way they handled cats and small dogs and were clearly large animal vets who had to see pets just to make budget. Fees were reasonable and the front desk staff were friendly. This was my first visit with my new cat and Im feeling good about choosing them.

Caring and compassionate office! Ive been taking my dogs to Caring Hands since I moved to the area in 2011! The office is very clean and inviting. The staff is super friendly and always remember my name. Dr. Leslie is awesome! She is gentle with my dogs and always makes sure Im informed. I have been given devastating news on two separate occasions, and Dr. Leslie was always so kind and helped me to make the right decisions. Unfortunately, two of my dogs have passed on, but Im confident that we did everything possible to make sure their final days were humane and peaceful. The prices are a little higher than some other local places, but I feel that the service I receive is above and beyond anywhere else. I trust this office to take care of all of my animals in the future! Theyre the best!!

Know what youre walking in to because theyre counting on your naivete! I admitted my puppy to be spayed and I left feeling really foolish because I shouldve done more research on the procedure and its costs. Their initial quote is nowhere near your actual end cost and they dont offer to pre-examine your dogs weight or condition to offer a more comprehensive price; they just hit you at the cashiers desk. So, dont be like me! Lookup the operation and its cost, make an exhaustive list of questions, ask for a pre-examination, and a bottom line quote. Otherwise, youll be blindsided. Other than that, the staff is cordial and the facilities are clean.

Took my litter of Siberian Huskies for dew-claw removal and weight and the service was absolutely horrible, and over priced. The doctor was downing my kibble product saying it was making my female dog over weight and unhealthy to make me buy her over priced kibble when the kibble i supply is top brand, and my female is perfectly healthy and is top shape.

Called there office and told them what was wrong with my dog and asked them if I could be billed because im on ss on dont get paid until the 1st and asked if I could be billed until then which is like 1 wk and they ssid NO . I thought with a name like caring hands they would care about your pets not the almighty dollar. They said they were very sorry.

I came in from out of town to surprise my son at an all star baseball tournament not knowing the park did not allow pets. Caring hands took Buddy in and watched him for me for a couple hours so I could go see my son play his game. Thank you Caring Hands for such great card and willingness to help! You are awesome!
