Last year I had an eye exam and everything was great. The doctor helped me with problems I was having with my contact lenses and eye irritation. I made an appointment this year for an annual eye exam and was called and told the doctor had an emergency and needed to reschedule my appointment. I rescheduled for the same time the following week. The morning of the appointment I received a text reminder of my appointment. I called to say I might be a little late and was told AGAIN the doctor had an emergency and needed to reschedule. This time I didnt even receive a call. My response was to forget it and I went somewhere else. I later found out that the same thing happened to my co worker. Something is going on at the Optical Outlet on University Pkwy in Sarasota and it is not good.

Poor experiences here. I had an appointment and had to wait an additional 30 minutes to see the doctor. Rather small selection, I was told the glasses would be ready in two weeks. I called on that day and they said hey hadnt arrived and will need to contact someone else for info and I would be called back shortly. A week later I still was not contacted so I called again and they have been ready for 2 days now. The girl selling me the glasses didnt go over any different Lens options at all either. Would not recommend.

I walked in just to browse for glasses and I was treated exactly as I wanted to. The two girls at the store went above and beyond. Usually, in other places employees seem a little judgmental, however, both Emily and Dane could not be more professional and genuine about the service. I was able to set up appointments for my family and myself! Dane, helped me pick out the cutest frame and was very well informed about the lenses options, thank you!!

After my extremely thorough eye exam, I was referred to Claire (I think that was her name) Emily and Danet for glasses. I was new to glasses so I greatly appreciated them taking the time to answer all of my questions. I was told the glasses would be ready within a week and four days later I was called to pick them up. Great service and great prices!

Great service at the optical outlets in Sarasota. I was just window shopping and ended up purchasing not 1 but 2 frames. The person who assisted me was Danet. She provided such amazing service, so sweet and nice to work with!!! I am a store manager for a retail store. We need more people like her!!! I will be referring my family and friends to her.
