I picked Dr. Frazier as my primary care physician a while back, and was having some issues that required immediate assistance. As Im patient, I didnt mind having to wait an hour and a half to see a physician. Well, the first person I was in contact with in the examination room. . . .wasnt even an RN! It was a USF Student practicing medicine. Then, after his ten minute exam, a RN did come in, and attempted to address my problem, they had my bloodwork already on record, so she then prescribed me medication, that I told her I had been before, that clearly didnt work. I asked her if there was ever a chance to actually see an MD when I come in. She said only if "prearranged". Are you Kidding Me!?!.?! I had been there before, never saw a doctor once. If you are new to the area and choosing a family practice, do yourself a favor and Steer Clear of This Place!

I had an urgent question to ask from my last visit and it could not wait. I called the office 5 minutes before it closed and was told to hold. I waited on the line for 10 minutes so I hung up and dialed back. To my surprise, the answering machine picked up and said that the office was closed and to call back during normal business hours. ?!?!!?!??! It was the end of the week and that meant I had to wait until Monday to get my answer. Not good.

I have been a patient of Dr Frazier and GMS for several years and have always had great service from them. I would recommend GMS to everyone.
