My siblings and I went to to this doctors office growing up, so I let my children go here. We love Dr. Samter, he is a wonderful doctor. I have noticed throughout the years that the staff is becoming more and more unprofessional. They are rude and seems to be very miserable at times which reflects onto the patients. I have gotten into it with the staff and noticed other parents as well getting in to it with staff. Unfortunately, due to the bad customer service I have received the last few visits and also witnessed, I will be finding my children another provider. The front desk is primarily the face of the office and when you cant get it right, it makes the whole office look bad.

LOVE THIS DR! Dr. Samter was my Dr as a child my mother and grandmother picked him out to be and my sisters Dr. We have both had such a amazing expiernces growing up that we both choose him to be the Dr to are 5 children in total. Hes a wonderful Dr. He really listens to my concerns and if Im having an issue understanding something he truly goes the extra mile to explain to me exactly what everything is how its effecting my child and how we can safely fix every issue. I would highly recomed him with 24 years of experience with this specific Dr. ❤❤

Dr. Samter has been with all 5 of my children since birth! He is the BEST Dr my children could have!! I dont care if he was 3 hours away I would drive that far just so my kids could still have Dr. Samter as a Dr. Thank you for all you do!!!

Cant say enough good things about Dr. Samter. Has always been great with my boys - very friendly and overall fantastic doctor.
