I started seeing Dr. George and due to his testing, he determined that I have some adrenal fatigue. Our adrenal glands are supposed to kick in and give us a ‘boost’ when we’re in critical situations. But if you’re stressed out a lot (take some types of medication, drink a lot of caffeine, etc.), they produce adrenalin too often and get depleted. Now, I’m not a doctor, and this is just my simplified explanation. But, this is what I found out when I started looking into it. Anyway, Dr. George suggested a couple natural herbal supplements. I’ve been taking them a couple of months and I feel like a different person! I have so much more energy now. In fact, I was worried that I had too much energy and he said that I’m just getting use to having as much adrenalin as most everyone else does. I had no idea what I was missing! I also sleep much better at night and feel rested when I wake up in the morning. I’m energetic and ready to start the day instead of being groggy and wanting to sleep longer. I didn’t think I was having problems sleeping before; it’s just so much better now! Sleeping better is just one of the improvements. I use to feel very depressed (due to PMS) a couple of days a month, and that’s gone now, too. Apparently, the adrenal glands affect all kinds of hormones. I have spent a ton of money on Chiropractors "Prior to Dr. George" that did nothing more than a Standard, "lower back, Middle Back, and Neck adjustment that seemed so generic. This style had not corrected my headaches and middle backaches in 2 months of constant visits. I then went to Dr. George here in Dallas Georgia and he has done AMAZING work in correcting my neck and back issues. There was a "recent" time that i had a constant headache for longer than 2 months without any relief. After 1 visit with Dr. George the headache left me for 2 days. Then after my 2nd visit my headache has been gone for 3 weeks now. He treats only the parts of the back that are showing signs of being out of place. There is nothing GENERIC about the adjustments that Dr. George gives in his office. They are specialized to the individual and i cant thank him enough for helping me with my issues. And after 14 years of football and adding weight, i have a lot of them. His healing hands are amazing and I have thanked him every single time i have been there because the relief he has given me.

After an ambulance driver hit the accelerator instead of the brake I started going to 2 other chiropractors and then I gave up. I met Dr. Tomas at a Christmas party and soon came to see him because he told me what was wrong with my first rib, and other bones that were out of place last Christmas season. I was in a lot of pain. I dont want to take pain medication. So I went to see Dr. George and after a few weeks I can tell a difference in muscle strength and feeling strong enough to stand up straight. I hope more people improve under his care. God willing I will continue as long as I can afford the gas to get to his house. Health is more important than wealth. Pay for your care and it will pay for your life.

My daughter and I have both been going to Dr George for quite some time now. My daughter has some scoliosis, and a very physically demanding job as a Pastry Chef, and Dr George makes sure that she is able to work at 100% and is also helping her with natural herbs for her stomach issues. I love how Dr George takes his time, and even incorporates some massage in his adjustments. I work 2 jobs, both of which cause a lot of tension in my upper back and neck, and Dr George knows how to relieve that tension. I have been to several Chiropractors before, and he is just the best!!!

Ive had back pain since I was a small child and I always thought it was normal. I hurt myself pretty bad one day riding bmx which is my favorite activity. I couldnt turn my neck at all. I had x-rays done as well as an MRI, to find out that I was born with three congenital anomalys(birth defects) down my spine. Dr. George took his time listened and worked with me in a kind, caring, and time efficient manner. I now have full motion in my body, as well as only occasional minor pains from strenuous activity(which he also takes care of).

First time seeing a chiropractor and Dr. George was the best. Came in with some serious pain in my hip and lower back with it soon disappeared thanks to Dr. George! I had gotten so use to my lower back hurting I didnt even realize how badly it had hurt until Dr. George worked on it and the pain was gone! Highly recommend, he explains everything he does as he does which help made me feel comfortable!

I am a new/current patient of Dr. George Tomes; I started going to Dr.George due to falls which injured my neck down to my lower back. I knew medication would only alleviate the pain temporarily. Dr George is an amazing chiropractor. He has helped my whole family with back, shoulder, neck and feet issues. His laser treatment on my injured ankle has made the most positive impact.
