Lets rate the most important thing about a chiropractor first. Five Stars to Dr. Jenn for skill, technique, and knowledge. Dr. Jenn doesnt just run you through the three basic adjustments then out the door. Dr. Jenn only adjusts what is needed and I have come to completely trust in her. Dr. Jenn has helped so much I dont even consider myself as having neck and back problems anymore. Lets rate some of the important things about a business. Five Stars to Balanced Family Wellness for customer service and a friendly comfortable atmosphere.The office staff are just great. Donna and Kim are friendly, happy, and simply really good people. Makes you feel better just to walk through the door and see them smiling. Dr. Jenn shows a passion for her profession and her customers which shows in her amazing new office. The office is inviting and comfortable with a warmness you usually find in someones home.

Dr. Jen is heaven sent! I have struggled with low back pain for decades and she has really made a difference in my pain level. She is personable, happy and truly a giving, caring individual. When she asks how youve been, it isnt just for small talk. She really wants to know! Kim and Andrea, her two right-hand ladies, always make scheduling an appointment quick and painless.
