Dr.Jill and Dr.Brian have truly changed my outlook on pain management. I am only 21, and had been experiencing severe lower back pain along with some other discomforts. Prior to seeing them, I went to an orthopedic surgeon who immediately gave me two shots of cortisol in my back along with prescriptions for pain relief and muscle relaxers. Definitely not what I went for. I continued taking 800mg of ibuprofen everyday, but that stopped the moment I walked into the Kachinskys office. They both have been nothing but helpful, kind, and in my eyes, angels in disguise. I will always be grateful to them, and other professionals who advocate for preventative medicine.

Dr. Brian & Dr. Jill have been amazing. My neck decided to lock up on me about a week before running the Georgia Marathon. It was highly painful and I was about to not get to participate in the race. They took me in and adjusted me every day for 6 days and sure enough I was able to make the race. I highly recommend their practice!
