Used them after recommendation from local boarding facility. We are out of state rescue and we pulled three dogs. One dogs neuter was done perfectly and looked beautiful. The other dog, a larger less cute dog; had a hack job of a neuter that was gaping open and infected when we picked him up. Third dog was told to have kennel cough and they charged us $300.00 to treat it? Not only that, but there were some major issues getting itemized receipts for each dog and an issue with an overcharge that they refused to send itemized invoices for -despite numerous requests. I was even on the telephone as one girl claimed she was clicking in my email address as we speak and told me she clicked send. Its now days later and that email hasnt made it to my email, but their request for money had no problem getting to me. Do not recommend at all. I wish I could, but Id stay far away from them.

Cat had surgery a few years ago and was told by the vet he would be on prescription food for the rest of his life for his kidney issue. Petsmart doesnt do a forever prescription so I have to keep asking for them to send a prescription and I call for an updated prescription and they tell me since they havent seen my cat for along time they can not give me a presription when they are the ones who told me he would be on it forever but now they wont give me a prescription. Never had issues until now. Glad we moved from near them. We have found a better Vet who we wont have these issues. They should have said he has to be seen however many times a year to keep a prescription. So does he really need to be on it forever.

This office enticed me to buy a one years supply of Heartguard & Nextguard (sp?) with the promise that I would receive a $50 rebate. After 6 months of waiting, many phone calls to both them & the rebate company (medication supplier), Ive been sent an email from the supplier stating that my $35 rebate is on its way. The vets office said theyd handle everything and all I had to do was receive the rebate check in the mail. ALSO, I took my 14 year old doggie there because of a lump I found. They did $300 worth on tests that were (a) inconclusive and (b) was told that even if it were a malignant tumor they wouldnt want to perform surgery because of her age. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS VET.

During our move while the Comcast man was installing our service, my 2 year old schnauzer stepped on something in the yard and his paw started swelling as he was in visible pain. Frazzled I took off driving down HWY 54 looking for a Vet and Fayette Animal Hospital was the first one I found. I walked in and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. I explained my dilemma- no phone, records packed and injured dog and Riley was very well taken care of. I was very pleased with the care and the bill at the end and hope to make Fayette Animal Hospital my permanent vet. Experienced dedicated service- in one word excellent! Thanks!

Dr Ray is awesome! Her staff concerned - kind and as soon as I say "Im calling about Hooch" their whole demeanor changes and they say - "how is that handsome boy?" Hooch has a disease that is not curable but treatable. we spent two years at another vet spent a fortune and no success. Changed to Dr Ray about one year ago - the change in Hooch is unreal - still not curable but he is happy and last year at this time we thought he woud not be around - he is on a pricey med but well worth it for our happy boy! Thank you Dr Ray and Fayetteville Animal Hospital .

I adopted a dog from a rescue organization a few months back. She was vetted here but its too far from my house and we needed h/w prevention. I called, explained the situation (we changed her name), and was assured that if I ordered through Petmeds they would approve the request. I even gave the woman my info so there would be no confusion. Lo and behold, they denied the request. I ended up having to pay for a whole new heartworm test at a local vet.

We have been using Dr. Ray as our vet for about 8 years. Cant say how grateful we are to have found her and her wonderful staff. Our rescued dog has some pretty serious health issues, but at Fayetteville Animal Hospital, he gets the best care any animal can get. We have total confidence in Dr. Ray and her team. Dr. Ray and her staff also rescue and treat abused animals, too. What more could you ask? We love them!

I am really impressed with their customer service as well as there practices. I never have trouble getting an appointment and there usually on schedule not much of a wait, which is rare for any medical facility and they call me and remind me of appointments and to schedule follow ups. Very affordable and honest

These people dont really care about animals just making money. They are they very dishonest in their pratices and I wouldnt recommend this place to my enemys. I have gave them three oppertunities and the results are,always the same, nightmarish. If you love your per, take him somewhere else.
