I have two teenage daughters that are patients here. We having been coming for appointments for over two yrs now. The staff is very friendly. The office and patient rooms are clean. The waiting area has a TV and magazines , also there is an area for smaller children to entertain themselves. Im happy with the doctor and services we have received. They were even able to work out a payment plan with monthly payments, for the braces and all the follow up appointments. We have had a zillion appointments and I can say that the only issue that i have ever encountered was with one of the ortho/dental assistants talking about what she did on her Saturday night, I thought it was inappropriate but my daughter who is the actual patient probably enjoyed hearing about it, so I will still give them an excellent rating and would recommend this place in a heartbeat.

Im new to Chicago and it had been awhile since Id been to the dentist. I didnt know what to expect as an older adult who has never particularly liked going to the dentist. I am pleased. The receptionists were friendly and helpful, and explained what charges would be before they were incurred and what my insurance would cover. Annie, the technician who cleaned my teeth and took xrays was great -- told me at each step what she was doing, etc. The dentist was thorough and professional and I received an honest analysis of what was needed with no hype, no "oversell" or scare tactics. I will be back for sure and recommend them to others.

I got my braces put on here and I wasnt waiting all day to get serviced. The orthodontist is GREAT. The staff is very professional and i feel very comfortable at this dental/Orthodontic office.
