Nice person and a Christian, but limited with his ability to address big problems. My wife was with Dr Haines in severe pain for almost 11 weeks before she got to a back surgeon. He was limited in helping her get the proper medications needed to alleviate pain after she thoroughly documented and tried numerous avenues for pain relief both traditional and Eastern medicine. He was super conservative even after she begged him and had both me and my mother-in-law in trying to be advocates for her because she was in severe pain. What started as a compassionate relationship and what she truly felt was a caring a thorough examination, turned into a patronizing and quite frankly inconceivable practice. I think he is absolutely fine for an annual check up, adjustment and even a cold, but if you truly have something serious going on (and you know your body) he is truly limited.

I have been going to this office for at least 6 years. Dr. Haynes took over for Dr Cavins-Stewart so I had no choice but to use him because she left the practice. It has been very disappointing in all respects since he started. The office staff has been rude, lied, and not returned calls. Dr. Haynes is very ineffective. He doesnt listen to you and tried to push medications on me that I didnt want. I tried to call into the office to speak to Dr. Haynes about the staff and they refused to let me talk to him. They said "Dr. Haynes doesnt speak to patients." If you want to talk to him you have to make an appointment" Not sure my insurance will cover a complaining about the office staff visit. ; ) Highly recommend you avoid this doctors office.

I have seen some negative reviews here, and they surprise me. I have been seeing Dr. Haynes for almost a year. He is easy to talk to, has followed up my (and my wifes) health issues well, and has referred each of us to specialists during the year without any problems. He is conservative about prescribing meds, which some people may not like, but I respect his point of view. We have not had any of the problems with the office staff that some other reviewers have mentioned, even though Riverview is moving over to a new medical records system. Overall: we have been pleased with Dr. Haynes and the practice.

I am shocked by the negative reviews. My son has been a patient in this office for many years. The staff has always been kind, efficient, effective and timely. Dr. Haynes has been amazing with the many challenges that he has resolved with my son who has numerous health issues. We have dealt with many doctors over the years. I have nothing but accolades for Dr. Haynes. He has been interested, effective, pensive and kind in his interactions with us. My son and I have enjoyed being clients of Dr. Haynes.

I was a patient of Dr. Mabels for many years and was a littler nervous getting a new doctor when he retired. I instantly connected with Dr. Haynes and loved that he was also a DO. Hes professional, kind and has a great personality. Ive never had any problems with scheduling and my appointments are done in a timely manor. His staff is great and personable. I have recommended him to many friends and family members!

Aaron, the receptionist, was not helpful, rude and deliberately did not answer the phones for over 15 minutes on Tuesday, November 15th. She is unprofessional and very unaccommodating. My son is in college and has Aspergers. He needs his medicine in which to sleep and function effectively. It has been over 48 hours and I have received nothing but excuses.
