Greeter was nice and asked questions, typed into computer. Was sitting there for 15 minutes and NP walked out of empty room to see a patient next door. No idea what she was doing...because we went into that room and several of the prior patients info was sitting there on the desk (yikes...hipaa!!). Gets better...wait an additional 25 min in the room and she peeks in and says hi-Ill be with you in a bit. And--leaves the patient information on the desk (adds to the pile mentioned before) from the next room over! I was beside myself. Already frustrated when she entered, I tried to be calm. She walks in and asks my son about why hes there (um...check his chart maybe?!)- he answers. She asks him to rate pain. He answers. Does a quick check of throat and ears. Does a swab, sits down, asks him what his pain level is. He looks at me - I say answer - he says I already told you (to her)- she says I forgot tell me again. He does (he is a sweet kid and never talks back to anyone except me and his dad!)- then she says are you (*name*)? Wth? Never even knew which patient she was seeing or anything! Strep test is negative so she deems it viral. Omg I cannot believe I wasted time and money to go there. It could be viral but the process and lack of even looking at anything else was ridiculous. And for anyone medical reviewing this...I submitted a hipaa complaint on all the patient information. Dont worry! If you want lack of professionalism and a botched medical review, go here. Otherwise go to another clinic or wait for your doc to open tomorrow.

Went first thing in the morning and waiting 20 mins. while the NP sat in her office with the door open and didnt have a patient. By the time she called in her first patient it was 9am not 8:30 like it states online and there were then 5 of us waiting. Then the person that signed in after me was taken in a room before me. After waiting until 10 am I had to leave to pick up my kids from preschool and was never even seen By the NP. No regard for patient care or other peoples time!

Guy at check in was very courteous. We were seen promptly and my daughter who has Down syndrome (and was the patient) was treated with respect and kindness by the NP. After giving a Rx she took us into the store to help us find an OTC medication to help with my daughters symptoms. Will definitely be back to the Little Clinic!
