Front desk lady is not helpful at all. I asked for a breakdown of the charges I was being billed and she refused to send it to me. She also said if I wanted my bills which she supposedly sent already then I would have to pay $10 for them. What a sham. My boyfriend introduced me to this doctor, and from the beginning they treated me differently than they did him. They also charged me a copay even after I verified with my insurance that I did not have a copay. I will never return to this office after the attitude I received. Go somewhere else. Anywhere. Theres a CVS little clinic right there. Edit: I showed my boyfriend the email saying I would have to pay for a breakdown of my bill. He called and asked for the same thing from the same office for himself, and he just got the email from her at no charge. Funny how that works, huh? So before you schedule an appointment there, ask yourself if you want to risk being treated the way I have been at that office.
