If you need a physician, DONT pick this one. She is absolutely, unequivocally, terrible. I cant prove to you that I am not just some disgruntled former patient, co-worker, or competitor Physician, you will just have to take my word for it. I have no vested interest in Dr Albright losing patients other than to know they will have the chance to get quality care from an MD who performs their duties with care, thoughtfulness, and concern for patients. Ok...with that said... I am a Registered Nurse. I have worked with and for a multitude of Physicians...good and bad... I know what to look for. A friend of mine went to see Dr. Albright as a new patient in hopes of finding a primary care MD. The first visit I was not present, but just got my friends perspective, which was that Dr. Albright dismissed her concerns. She went in with a number of concerns, and she felt almost entirely "blown off" by the good Doctor except for one issue. My friend requested to have labs drawn to help detect some thyroid abnormalities and some other possible issues. Dr. Albright told her that another Doctor would do that for her. ???? I can tell you my friend is not a pain pill seeker and was not there for pain meds. I assumed my friend was overreacting so I encouraged her to schedule a follow up appointment. On the second visit, I went along with her to see the care for myself and did not disclose my credentials. The MD did not knock before entering...not once. Just barged in. Not the biggest deal...but off to a bad start. The Doc was given a complete synopsis, in writing, of my friends concerns. After a few minutes and a few questions about what another Doc did for my friend, Dr Albright asked about what meds my friend was taking (which she had just been given) and then proceeded to suggest that waiting to see if these meds will work (which were for one specific issue, not the others which were more pressing) was the best course. After waiting 10 minutes to see if the MD would actually address the issues, WHICH WERE SPELLED OUT FOR HER AND HANDED TO HER, she was about to walk out of the room. My friends concerns about being dismissed were true. From start to finish. Dr Albright had to be asked to order basic lab tests that ANY COMPETENT DOCTOR would order to get a baseline on their patient. She had to be asked to address several of the issues of concern which she had been given. She dismissed one major issue and minor issue entirely and would have walked out if she had not been stopped, both of which she ultimately did nothing about. She didnt seem to even know what questions to ask to accurately create a treatment plan for my friend. I could go on for quite awhile with other things, but you get my point. Trust me, youre time and money is too valuable to waste on this Doctor. For what its worth, Dr. Derek Murphy in the same office is fantastic. Much better bedside manner, patient, listens to concerns, and works collaboratively with the patient to fix problems. Best of luck finding your Doc.

I was a new patient of Dr. Juanita Albright over a year ago. In no way did she treat me or come close to treating me like the previous review suggest. Of course I did not take a friend, or my daughter who is a PA nor did I every mention her name or give her an outline of my medical issues to solve in the first one or two visit. My only expectations of my first visit was to get to know her and give her an overview of my past and current medical history. She was great and listened to me respectfully, prescribing a medication to try for my most pressing issue. Thirty days later I returned for a follow-up, my medical records were in their office by then and we began to work on treatments. Over the next several months all my medical issues had been discussed, labs and treatment received. I would never have expected to go to a first time visit with a new physician and overwhelm them or even tell them what I want as my treatment. My wellness plan over the last year with Dr. Albright has been right on. Not every Doctor is a perfect fit for every patient, especially to review and set a plan in one or two visits to me seem impossible. I am grateful for Dr. Albright, my two grown daughters are now her patients and they are most pleased with her personally and professionally. I am also new to St.Vincent Health Network and I have been completely satisfied with them, actually a much better network than the two networks I had been with over the past years.

This woman is a life saver. My mother and I both go to her and only her. We know we can always count on her when we need it. She is always wiling to go above and beyond to help us in any way she can. If it tells you anything, I live in Chicago and drive back to Indianapolis just to see Dr. Albright :) She is amazing.

I LOVE Dr. Albright. Shes kind, caring and always a good listener when Im having any issues. Love her nurse and office staff too. Switched from Community to St. Vs and Im SO happy I did. (Even if it is a 45 minute drive!) Would definitely recommend.

If you cannot give Juanita 5 stars than there are most certainly issues on your end, 55 years of doctors and Dr. Albright is the best!!!
