Absolute DISGRACE of the word PROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!!! I should have known the moment we walked to the front door and the front office worker/medical assistant was standing outside smoking. In my opinion, this is diisgusting and not a very good promotion of good health. I have never been so insulted and met with such an antagonistic health care provider. My daughter, who is 11 and happens to be autistic, had her second visit with Dr. Milner. The first visit went seemingly well, despite the filthy carpets and highly unprofessional demeanor of the front office staff. I was willing to give it a shot because of the location and its convenience. At the first visit, my child was prescribed a new medication after being told by Dr. Milner that the last providers choice of medications for my child was ludicrous and simply didnt make any sense. I agreed to take her off of the one med and start a new one. Well, at the second visit I was asked for a copay for a "follow up" visit...which I have ZERO problems paying, but wanted to understand why there was a charge for what was stated by the office that it was in fact a follow-up visit...She took exception to my question and brought in a copy of the insurance card which had the co-pays printed on the front...which I wasnt denying, but again, trying to understand why such a charge was being billed out for a "follow-up." I explained that the previous office didnt charge a follow-up charge, and again just was inquiring about it. Her response was that she wouldnt commit insurance fraud for me because I was asking for her to do so...which is absolutely not true. I paid the fee and was fine with it, but a simple explanation without being berated would have been a more professional stance. Then, my daughter, again being autistic, blurted out that she received an F on her social studies test. Dr. Milner then chose to ask her why she didnt pass the test. "Is it because you need a tutor, you dont study, mom doesnt make time to help you with your homework and studying?" This was by far unprofessional and certainly uncalled for. Her study habits are good, but she does have difficulty as she does have an active IEP (Individualized Education Plan) in place. This should never have been said. We werent there to be judged for the lack of a good score on a test. So, back to the money issue, Dr. Milner then said that maybe the former office was a better option for us to go to because I wouldnt have the fees associated that her office charges. Once again, I told her that the money is not an issue for us and I wanted a clear explanation as to why it was being charged. Nothing more, nothing less...I never once asked for it to be refunded...in fact, I signed the receipt, so I wasnt disagreeing, I just needed an answer. Working in healthcare myself for the past 16 years, I have never been met with anything remotely close to unprofessional as this. They should be ashamed of themselves and embarrassed by the means in which they are handling patients.

Dr. Milner is one of the, if not the, best doctors I have ever seen. She cares about you, and is willing to work with you, and look for you, on your issues. If she doesnt know something, she will find it out, or point you to someone who can. She isnt like every other doctor that if she doesnt know, or want to do something, just sends you to a specialist. Im happy with her as a doctor, BUT, as anything else, she falls short. She will refuses to fill any paperwork out, whatsoever, no matter what it may be. She takes quiet some time to get back to you and doesnt make you feel all that great as a patient, if you need something filled out, or sent in. She is great as a doctor, she will work on you as a patient, and help you out, but beyond that, youll need to find another doctor to get things done.

Dr. Milner is the ONLY doctor in my 10 years of doctor searching that has ever understood me and didnt judge me. She genuinely LISTENS and CARES. Her office is quaint, welcoming and feels as though youre going to see her at her (medically clean) house. I saw someone elses comment say she was like a friend and thats exactly right. Ive never felt so comfortable telling a doctor my issues. Shes my therapist as well as my primary care physician. Shes wonderful and has been amazing to work with the last 5 years. I will always continue to go to her for my medical needs.

Dr. Milner is the first real doctor (as opposed to insurance-limited, assembly-line mechanic) Ive seen in years. Yes, sometimes you wait a little longer, because shes taking time with another patient; yes, shes running a small independent practice, so she doesnt have equipment that a big practice can buy, but she actually practices medicine. She knows her stuff, and actually listens to you. Shes excellent.

Doctor Milner is a heaven sent angel when it comes to finding out the problem and dealing with it, I started going to Dr. Milner in June of 2012 and she is a wonderful doctor. I will follow her to the moon and back when she moved to the Franklin location I still travel 45 minutes to see her. And I will continue to share her professional with others.

Dr. Milner is an AWESOME doctor. Truly the best doctor I have ever seen. With reading these reviews on google, Dr. Milner probably didnt fill out paperwork probably cause it wasnt appropriate. Doctors do have guidelines to follow. Ive seen Dr. Milner for four years now, she is a great doctor.

I have followed this woman from place to place for several years. I work in the healthcare field, and have met, and had many Doctors. This woman listen to what you have to say, she doesnt only treat the problem, she treats the patient. My whole family goes to her, and I absolutely Love her.
