My children and I had the worst experience in Dr. Craig Moormans office. My son, who now has hearing aids, was misdiagnosed by Dr. Craig Moorman when I showed him an audiology test result from IPS medical staff. The audiology report showed that my son had a significant hearing loss passed a certain decibel. Which explained why he couldnt pronounce the "th" and "s" sounds very well. The report also demonstrated that my son also had a hard time processing sounds from females with higher pitch voices. I approached Dr. Moorman during our visit in an attempt to request for an ENT (Ears-Nose-Throat) referral. Dr. Moorman only examined my sons ears and gave me the response of "Eh, hes fine." He refused to provide my son with an ENT referral and sent us on our way. During most of our visits, the receptionists would constantly snare at me. During one visit, I recall overhearing one of them stating they were appalled to know that a man could have sole custody of his children. "Men dont know how to take care of kids. Why arent those kids with their mother?" were the commennts made. I would never recommend this office to anyone as it appears that their practices seem unprofessional and it also would appear that Dr. Moorman does not take his Hippocratic Oath seriously.

Lousy listening to actual needs of parents so they can assist in their childrens well being. Seems after the almighty dollar. Dr. Moorman said that this office was open everyday but Christmas and acted if taking children to med checks was next to negligent. Maybe he ought to read his own hours from his website. Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Saturday 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM NO walk-ins on Saturdays Sunday Closed (Closed 12:00 PM -1:00 PM for lunch) We offer walk-in visits from 8:00 AM -8:45 AM Monday through Friday for established sick kids only. Areas Served: Franklin, IN and the Surrounding Areas No, I do not believe they are readily available in off hours or holidays. Maybe Dr. Moorman sees the kids at his home. I would not recommend this practice to anyone.

Dr.Holmes found my daughters heart problem immediately when she came to check her out at the hospital after I had her. She told me she had some concerns and sent us right where we needed to go . My daughter passed away and at her funeral I was so happy to see Dr.Holmes come see me.. She really touched my heart that day. She didnt have to come. They are like family. My son has been going since he was born and loves them all. I have been with them for many years and if i call the day I need my son in there that exact day they get me in. My big boy no baby no more will always go to your office. We love u all!

I want to send a Sincere thanks to Franklin PEDs, my asthmatic daughter, her Father suddenly quit his job leaving my child w/ no insurance, my husband could only add her on his by October, we were out of her controller meds & she was having a rough time, I called Franklin PEDs & they blessed us with some free samples to hold my daughter over for a month. Your kindness to us is over & beyond, God truly bless you for what you do.
