Been a patient here for years, and it has gone completely downhill. The office staff is impersonal and less than competent to put it politely. Cant get appointments for months, unless youre actively ill- then they can magically get you in on the same day in most cases. Called at 12:30 PM on a Friday to request a Rx change- got the "after hours" line with no opportunity to talk to anyone. the last time I called to be seen(when I WAS sick) I sat on hold for over 30 minutes before I had to hang up because I was at work. Ended up going to Urgent care and paying 4X my office copay. Im done! The search for a new health care provider starts now!

The doctors and staff are so kind and compassionate. They treat me and my family like were important and are willing to work with us on any issues that have come up. I feel like Im a part of their family. Appointments are easy to get and weve been treated quickly and compassionately by the doctors, nurse practitioners, nurses and office staff. I am so happy with the way were treated and I tell my friends and family about the excellent treatment we receive. If there was a rating higher than 5 stars Id absolutely give Holland Family Medicine that. Im thankful and feel blessed belonging to such a wonderful medical group.

I dont like the fact that if u switch ur childs ins. Even with him being a patient there already they wont give him his shots. I have been a patient there for 2 years now. I like my Dr but the Secretaries are horrible. The judge u a lot then tell u its between u and ur Dr. Well of course it is. So just take my message and send it back. Honestly they are the reason I am looking for a different Dr.
