I signed in 15-20min before 1pm. I wait to 1:10 with a bad ear infection, the nurse comes out and tells me shes going to lunch. She then asked did I want to come back at two. The screen had me listed as being seen before her lunch break. She was rude and told me she wasnt lying and that I could call customer service if I didnt like it. The machine tells you if you sign in too close to their lunch brake and schedules you after. If you dont want to work quit. It was a waist of my lunch break and caused me to be in pain longer. I went to American Family Care and was seen right away, the doctor was personal and friendly. I wont go back to Walgreens.

Absolutely a waste of time if youre actually sick/ill. The technology took way to long to log in and it took an hour for someone to tell me they were booked full for the day. Even though it appeared my name was on the screen, in order, in took an hour for someone to have the sense to bother to tell me they were booked. Somehow magically booked from web appointments. The woman who emerged to tel me of the booked-to-capacity did not introduce herself, nor bother to make eye contact. Walgreens can fill your prescriptions and you can purchase needed bathroom items, but thats about it. Not recommended.

Much faster than a doctors office. I made my appointment online (you can see what time slots are available and plan accordingly) the night before. Day of I showed up 15 minutes early, the appointment before me was a no-show, so I was in and out before my scheduled appointment. The Nurse practitioner was polite and efficient and took the time to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend.

Loved it! Jenna was awesome, very thorough, & I was able to get right in. On my way home, I found out there was one closer to my apartment, but I am so happy with the care I got at this Walgreens Healthcare Clinic, I wasnt even mad about the extra drive. Highly recommend.
