my daughter has head lice so I took her to the Jerry Adams to be seen. He was more than helpful, wrote me a prescription for ovide to help. Long story short my insurance needed Jerry Adams to send in a preauthorization form or call in for it. He lied to me not once but twice saying that he did it. I talked to my insurance company on two different days and there was nothing in their system stating that he called. When I called to try and get a different prescription that didnt require a preauthorization he wanted to yell and hang up on me not once but twice. He doesnt want to do his job. I am giving him one star only cause I cant give him ZERO. I would not recommend him for your children or anyone. I will be switching doctors.

Talking about unprofessional Ive never been to a doctor like that until I met dr. Jerry Adams the guy hung up the phone on me I was trying to make an appointment to come see him and told me I need to go to the ER and spend more money because he will not see me I have insurance all because last time I went there about two months ago I didnt know he dont accept credit card so I didnt have $20 cash on me he told me bring it on my next visit so I was about to bring it two months later is $20 what is $20 so he refused to see me because of $20 this is supposed to be my family doctor well like the lady said Im giving him one star because theres no zero I am switching doctor.
